Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein feuchtigkeitshärtender Dichtstoff umfassend a) mindestens ein silanfunktionelles Polymer und b) mindestens einen Katalysator für die Vernetzung des silanfunktionellen Polymers, wobei der Dichtstoff frei von Organozinn-Verbindungen ist und im ausgehärteten Zustand einen Sekantenmodul bei 100% Dehnung und 23°C, bestimmt nach ISO 8339, von weniger als 0,4 MPa und ein Rückstellvermögen bei 100% Dehnung, bestimmt nach ISO 7389, von grösser als 70% aufweist. Der Dichtstoff eignet sich insbesondere als Baudichtstoff der Klasse 25LM gemäss DIN EN ISO 11600, insbesondere als Fassaden-Dichtstoff.

Disclosed is a hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition comprising 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated nitrile rubber having a bound acrylonitrile content of 31 to 50% and an iodine value of 30 mg/100 mg or less, 30 to 300 parts by weight of carbon black having a particle size of 61 nm or more and/or other filler, 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a polyfunctional unsaturated compound cocrosslinking agent, and 1 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. The hydrogenated nitrile rubber composition has excellent roll processability and can be suitably used as a vulcanization-molding material for a cup gasket or bellows having excellent LLC resistance used in a water pump mechanical seal.

Disclosed are a halogen-free fire-retardant polyamide composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The halogen-free fire-retardant polyamide composition is prepared from 35 to 71.5% of a semi-aromatic polyamide, 10 to 35% of a fire retardant and 0 to 50% of an inorganic reinforcing filler, the terminal amino group content of the semi-aromatic polyamide being 80 to 150 mol/t. The halogen-free fire-retardant polyamide composition of the present invention has good heat stability and releases only a small amount of gas in production; mold dirt is not easily formed, and the halogen-free fire-retardant polyamide composition can be produced continuously.
