More specifically, the present invention relates to a membrane sensor in which a multi-hole film is joined to the top of a membrane on which receptors are immobilized, and a method for measuring immunological reactions or enzymatic reactions using the same. The present invention makes it possible to adjust the sensitivity of membrane biosensors by adjusting the hole size in the multi-hole film and so makes it possible to measure analytes with a high degree of sensitivity using just a small amount of sample, and makes it possible to simultaneously measure diverse types of analyte by attaching various types of receptor on the membrane sensor.

The present invention relates to a method for measuring glycated hemoglobin. The method of the present invention comprises: a hemolysis step of hemolyzing a blood sample with a hemolysate; a reaction step of reacting the hemolyzed blood sample with bead conjugates in which beads are conjugated with glycated hemoglobin binding materials; a first measuring step of measuring the amount of total hemoglobin in blood; an isolation step of isolating normal hemoglobin from the glycated hemoglobin conjugated with the bead conjugates; a second measuring step of measuring the amount of glycated hemoglobin in blood; and a calculation step of calculating the concentration of glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample based on the measured amounts of total hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample. The method for measuring the glycated hemoglobin of the present invention is able to simplify measuring steps by measuring the total amount of hemoglobin in blood from a blood sample that contains normal hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin conjugated with bead conjugates in which beads and glycated hemoglobin are conjugated. In addition, the present invention enables easier measurement of the concentration of glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample since a separate dye for signal amplification is not needed.

A reaction cassette for a glycated hemoglobin meter and a measuring method thereof are provided. The reaction cassette for the glycated hemoglobin meter includes: a first zone receiving a first reagent and a blood sample; a second zone receiving a second reagent; a reaction zone in which the blood sample reacts with the first reagent, or through which the second reagent passes to react with a first blood sample mixture obtained by reacting the blood sample with the first reagent; and a measurement zone measuring an amount of total hemoglobin in the first blood sample mixture, or measuring an amount of glycated hemoglobin in a second blood sample mixture obtained by reacting the first blood sample mixture with the second reagent, wherein the blood sample, the first reagent, and the second reagent move between the reaction zone and the measurement zone according to a rotation angle of the reaction cassette when the reaction cassette is rotated. Therefore, since the reaction cassette rotates automatically, it is possible to measure the amount of glycated hemoglobin in a blood sample through simple manipulation and reduce a manufacturing time. Furthermore, since reagents are supplied to the reaction cassette from a separate reagent pack, it is possible to resolve storage and distribution problems of the reaction cassette, which occur when reagents are stored in the reaction cassette.
