The method for measuring the glycated hemoglobin of the present invention is able to simplify measuring steps by measuring the total amount of hemoglobin in blood from a blood sample that contains normal hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin conjugated with bead conjugates in which beads and glycated hemoglobin are conjugated. In addition, the present invention enables easier measurement of the concentration of glycated hemoglobin in the blood sample since a separate dye for signal amplification is not needed.

Therefore, since the reaction cassette rotates automatically, it is possible to measure the amount of glycated hemoglobin in a blood sample through simple manipulation and reduce a manufacturing time. Furthermore, since reagents are supplied to the reaction cassette from a separate reagent pack, it is possible to resolve storage and distribution problems of the reaction cassette, which occur when reagents are stored in the reaction cassette.
