A first flow (Q1) of heat-transfer fluid passes through the first heat exchange section (104), while a second smaller flow (Q2) passes through the second section. The invention is suitable for motor vehicle heat exchangers.

The rotating element (26) comprises a truncated end (38) which is turned towards the base (14).
