    摘要: The invention relates to a knee-joint endoprosthesis comprising a tibia support surface (10) and a rotating guide which guides the condylar plate (2) situated on the tibia support surface (10) about a rotating axis (1) which is perpendicular thereto. The rotating guide comprises a pivoting body (4) which is arranged on the flat tibia support surface (10) and which can be pivoted thereon about a rotating axis (1) which is perpendicular thereto (10). According to the invention, the pivoting body (4) comprises an axle journal (8) which is approximately centrally or eccentrically positioned therein and which is set into the anchoring element (15) of the tibia support surface (10) in a rotating manner. The pivoting body (4) co-operates with the condylar plate (2) which is provided with a pocket bore hole (11), said pocket bore hole forming a snap connection with the pivotal body (4) by means of a narrow opening (12). To this end, the narrow opening (12) is narrower than the widest circle segment cross-section of the pivoting body (4) so that the condylar plate (2) can slide forwards or backwards on the pivoting body (4) along the walls of the pocket bore hole (11), and can be rotated about the rotating axis (1).

By measuring a reference base (51) that is provided with optical markers (28) and is applied to a patient (12) changes in the position of the patient (12) can thus be considered in such a way that an adjusted position and projection of the C-bow (9) can be reproduced after the patient (12) has changed position.
