Fabric is first formed into an envelope (33) having overlapping portions (A, B). The overlapping portions are then diverted away from one another to form an opening in the envelope, and springs which are compressed by a compressor (80) are inserted into the envelope through the opening. Following insertion of the springs, the overlapping portions are sealed together, individual pockets are created in the envelope, and the springs are rotated within their respective pockets to form a completed string of springs.

A thermoplastic resin composition which is formed by mixing (A) 30 to 84.9 wt.% crystalline thermoplastic resin, (B) 15 to 65 wt.% graft copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing an ethylenic monomer with a rubbery backbone polymer having alkylene oxide groups, and (C) 0.1 to 5 wt.% anionic surfactant. The composition has such a degree of antistatic properties that it is suitable for use as an ESD (electrostatic dissipating) material. The composition is not black and can be colored in desired tints.

The first and second polymeric liners are conformed to the tubular stent and laminated together through the open construction of the stent at a location coextensive with the inner surface of the tubular stent.

The method includes applying a composition including a non-biodegradable microsphere with a substantial surface charge to the subject. The device further includes a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a container for containing the composition and the carrier. The microspheres used in the present invention have been shown to promote wound healing and muscle regeneration both in vivo and in vitro.
