An adjuvant of fluorocarbon emulsions for HIFU therapy, which can increase energy deposition in target regions during the therapy, comprises a discontinuous phase consisting of a core encapsuled by a film-forming material and a continuous phase consisting of aqueous medium, wherein the discontinuous phase is well distributed in the continuous one; the particle size of the discontinuous phase is 0.1-2µm; the amount of the film-forming material in the adjuvant is 0.1-100g/L; the core material used is a liquid which performs the liquid-gas phase transition at 38-100°C and is incorporated into the adjuvant in the amount of 5-200ml/L. The adjuvant of fluorocarbon emulsions for HIFU therapy is capable of upgrading the acoustic environment of target regions remarkably, increasing energy deposition in target tissues during HIFU therapy, and consequently significantly improving the damaging effect against tumor cells during clinical HIFU. And the usage of such adjuvant in HIFU therapy.

The invention relates to an ultrasound therapy system, and more particularly to a focused ultrasound therapy device, which uses an image alignment and fusion method to guide the therapy. The therapy system provided by the invention comprises central control means, ultrasound energy application means, moving and locating means for ultrasound energy application means, real-time B-type ultrasound image guiding means. Moreover, the inventive system also has patient's posture fixing means, with the aid of which a real-time B-type ultrasound image is aligned with a diagnostic image, and on the basis of the alignment the B-type ultrasound image and the diagnostic image are fused so as to guide the therapy. Compared to the known scheme in the art, the invention is effective and has low cost to resolve the high-intensity ultrasound focused therapy, and more particularly for the difficult tumor therapy problem it provides a very practical scheme, which can be easily used in clinical tumor therapies.

The enhancement agent comprises a nanometer-sized biocompatible solid. The present invention also discloses another plasmid enhancement agent for HIFU treatment, wherein, the enhancement agent comprises a discontinuous phase is comprised of a core material encapsulated by a membrane-forming material, and a continuous phase comprised of aqueous medium; the discontinuous phase is uniformly dispersed in the continuous phase and has a particle size ranging from 10-1000nm; the amount of the membrane-forming material in the enhancement agent is 0.1-100g/L; and the core material comprises nanometer-sized biocompatible solid selected from the group consisting of magnetic biomaterials, hydroxylapatite, and calcium carbonate, and the amount of the core material in the enhancement agent is 0.1-150g/L.
