    摘要: The invention relates to a baking device for producing endless strips made of pourable baking masses. The inventive device comprises a cylindrical baking ring (1) made of metal. Said ring continually rotates around the centre axis thereof and is provided with at least one endless baking surface on a lateral area (1a, 1b) for producing the strips. The baking surface is allocated to at least one stationary baking zone. A stationary depositing device deposits baking mass onto the rotating baking surface on the front end of the baking zone.
