摘要: An automatic analysis apparatus according to the present invention is capable of replacing circulated water in a reaction vessel and continuously cooling a light source lamp without stopping an operation for measuring a specimen. In an operation state, a drain electromagnetic valve 49 is opened, and reaction vessel water 18 is drained outside. When the water level reaches a measurement limit water level 45, the drain electromagnetic valve 49 is closed. The reaction vessel water 18 is supplied by starting a water supply pump and opening a water supply electromagnetic valve 48. When a first water level detector 41 confirms that the water level has reached a full water level 44, the water supply electromagnetic valve 48 is closed, and the water supply pump 54 is stopped. In a state other than the operation state, the reaction vessel water 18 is drained outside. When a third water level detector 43 confirms that the water level has reached a circulation limit water level 46, the drain electromagnetic valve 49 is closed. When the water supply electromagnetic valve 48 is opened and the reaction vessel water 18 reaches the full water level 44, the water supply electromagnetic valve 48 is closed and the water supply is stopped.

摘要: There is provided an analysis apparatus in which congestion does not occur and whose analysis efficiency is high as a whole even when the apparatus is an automatic analyzing apparatus to which a plurality of functional modules having different functions and process performances from each other are connected. Also, there is provided an automatic analysis system in which, even when a new functional module is added, it is not required to consider influence on the existing functional modules and restructure a carrying plan or others for improving process performances as a whole. Buffer units paired with the respective functional modules are connected to a specimen carrying line, and an operating-section computer issues an instruction for carrying to the respective functional modules in accordance with requests for specimens, so that carrying-in/out operations are performed as managing respective carrying-possible states among the buffer units and functional modules.

摘要: Precise prediction of the state of congestion in an automatic analysis system and adjustment of timings and the order of take-in and take-out of specimens in each device prevent increase in TATs of urgent specimens. A device management server for providing instructions for take-in and take-out of specimens in each device, includes: a tracking unit which determines the current position of each specimen after input by using signals of sensors; a simulation unit which estimates the staying time of each specimen in one of regions by simulating the operation of each device in accordance with a take in/out schedule plan assuming an initial state in which each specimen is at the current position; and a take in/out scheduling unit which produces an initial take in/out schedule plan for preferentially taking in and taking out urgent specimens, causes the simulation unit to perform a simulation, and corrects, in the initial take in/out schedule plan, the timings or order of take-in and take-out of one or more other specimens so that each of the staying times in one of the regions do not exceed a corresponding allowable staying time in the region.

摘要: An automatic analyzer is provided for realizing reagent management with a high degree of reliability, for reducing an operator's burden due to work such as reagent replacement or the like, and for minimizing the interruption of analysis operation without the occurrence of reagent shortage during the analysis. An automatic analyzer includes: first reagent storing means for storing a plurality of the reagent containers; second reagent storing means for storing a replacement reagent container in addition to the first reagent storing means; transfer means for transferring the reagent container from the second reagent storing means to the first reagent means; and a storing portion for storing the reagent container discharged from the second reagent storing means. The automatic analyzer includes control means for exercising control such that the information write means writes reagent information on the information recording medium immediately before the reagent container is transferred from the second reagent storing means to the first reagent storing means or immediately before the reagent container is discharged from the second reagent storing means to the storing portion.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic analyzer that minimizes interruptions of analyzing operations without allowing any reagent shortage to occur during an analysis by ejecting replenishing reagent cassettes that are placed in a replenishing reagent cassette storage (20) and that have expired validity dates or that cannot be supplied for analysis using an analyzing unit (10), and that can equip the replenishing reagent cassette storage (20) with as many replenishing reagent cassettes to be supplied for analysis as possible. The present invention provides an automatic analyzer including: an analyzing unit (10) that includes an analyzing mechanism and a dispensing reagent cassette storage (28, 29) for storing a reagent cassette for dispensing; a reagent replenishing unit (11) including a replenishing reagent cassette storage (20) for storing in advance a reagent cassette for replenishing to be supplied as the reagent cassette for dispensing; and means (25A) for ejecting from the replenishing reagent cassette storage (20) the reagent cassette for replenishing that cannot be supplied as the reagent cassette for dispensing.
