摘要: An automatic analysis apparatus according to the present invention is capable of replacing circulated water in a reaction vessel and continuously cooling a light source lamp without stopping an operation for measuring a specimen. In an operation state, a drain electromagnetic valve 49 is opened, and reaction vessel water 18 is drained outside. When the water level reaches a measurement limit water level 45, the drain electromagnetic valve 49 is closed. The reaction vessel water 18 is supplied by starting a water supply pump and opening a water supply electromagnetic valve 48. When a first water level detector 41 confirms that the water level has reached a full water level 44, the water supply electromagnetic valve 48 is closed, and the water supply pump 54 is stopped. In a state other than the operation state, the reaction vessel water 18 is drained outside. When a third water level detector 43 confirms that the water level has reached a circulation limit water level 46, the drain electromagnetic valve 49 is closed. When the water supply electromagnetic valve 48 is opened and the reaction vessel water 18 reaches the full water level 44, the water supply electromagnetic valve 48 is closed and the water supply is stopped.

摘要: This invention provides a sample analyzing device and sample analyzing method designed to suppress nonuniform capture of magnetic particles (10) and detect a desired substance with higher accuracy. The sample analyzing device includes a flow channel (15) that conducts thereinto a sample which contains the magnetic particles (10), and magnetic field generating means (12) that generates magnetic fields for capturing the magnetic particles (10) in a magnetic particles capturing region of the flow channel (15); wherein the flow channel has at least one of structural characteristics that a cross-sectional area of the flow channel, at a downstream end of the magnetic particles capturing region, is larger than a cross-sectional area of the flow channel, at an upstream end of the magnetic particles capturing region, and that the magnetic fields generated by the magnetic field generating means (12) have a greater magnitude at a downstream side of the magnetic particles capturing region than at an upstream side thereof.

摘要: Unlike conventional reagent storing means of an analyzing unit having a cold-storage function, replacement reagent storing means having no cold-storage function requires reagent management of a higher order. An automatic analyzer is provided that manages the placing elapsed time for a reagent vessel in replacement reagent storing means 2, compares the placing elapsed time for the reagent with a permissible placing limit value stored as one of analysis parameters for each analysis item, and determines as to whether or not the placing elapsed time exceeds permissible limit value. In this way, the analyzer prevents the degradation of the reagent and automatically transfers the reagent to an analyzing section for performing measurement.

摘要: Precise prediction of the state of congestion in an automatic analysis system and adjustment of timings and the order of take-in and take-out of specimens in each device prevent increase in TATs of urgent specimens. A device management server for providing instructions for take-in and take-out of specimens in each device, includes: a tracking unit which determines the current position of each specimen after input by using signals of sensors; a simulation unit which estimates the staying time of each specimen in one of regions by simulating the operation of each device in accordance with a take in/out schedule plan assuming an initial state in which each specimen is at the current position; and a take in/out scheduling unit which produces an initial take in/out schedule plan for preferentially taking in and taking out urgent specimens, causes the simulation unit to perform a simulation, and corrects, in the initial take in/out schedule plan, the timings or order of take-in and take-out of one or more other specimens so that each of the staying times in one of the regions do not exceed a corresponding allowable staying time in the region.

Also, reagents now take various forms (e.g., a concentrated reagent to be diluted by the water of an automatic analyzer), and so does dilution water. Such being the case, the invention provides an automatic analyzer capable of sufficient stirring regardless of items to be analyzed. To sufficiently stir a substance to which a reagent has been added, the automatic analyzer is designed to alter stirring conditions after a given amount of time has passed since the addition of that reagent.

The automatic analyzer includes control means for exercising control such that the information write means writes reagent information on the information recording medium immediately before the reagent container is transferred from the second reagent storing means to the first reagent storing means or immediately before the reagent container is discharged from the second reagent storing means to the storing portion.
