摘要: Provided is a method for producing a double-layered container which can be easily produced using molding equipment that is not much different from conventionally used equipment and which comprises: a rigid outer layer container part; and a flexible inner layer container part of which the capacity can be changed inside the rigid outer layer container part, wherein, when a pair of partial molds are brought close to each other in order to be combined to form a split mold, at least parts of the joining faces of the pair of partial molds pinch a small outer diameter portion of a parison so as to form a gap burr, and, when a cap is screwed on, a gap for introducing external air in the interlayer of the double-layered container is formed at the small outer diameter portion from which the gap burr has been removed.

摘要: Provided are a double container assembly comprising: a double container comprised of a relatively-rigid outer container and a flexible inner container disposed inside the outer container and capacity-variable in response to an amount of a content thereof, and capable of being easily produced using a molding apparatus which is not largely different from a conventional type; and a threaded cap, and a manufacturing method for the double container assembly, wherein the double container assembly and the manufacturing method can form an external air introducing opening in the double container significantly easily and reliably at a lower processing cost than that in conventional techniques. During the course of moving a pair of partial molds to come close to each other so as to combine them together to make up a split mold, a portion of a parison corresponding to a small-outer-diameter region of a double container is clamped by at least respective parts of mating surfaces of the pair of partial molds, to thereby form a protruding tub piece. Then, the protruding tub piece is cut off to form a space between the outer and inner containers of the double container, and an opening area of the space is sufficiently expanded through an operation of threadingly engaging the cap with the double container.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a biomass-derived plastic laminated molding shaped in bottle(s), which, when hermetically sealed, do not deform under load and have their high-impact property enhanced, and to a manufacturing method of the same. The biomass-derived plastic laminated molding is characterized in that a preform is molded out of plastic in laminated shape so as to have at least one of layers composed of biomass-derived plastic by 25 wt% or over and the remaining layers composed of polyolefin resins, and that the plastic preform undergoes annealing where it is exposed to blown air heated to raise temperature at a rate of 5 to 20 °C/min from the room temperature up to 85 to 100 °C at which the preform is left for 3 to 10 minutes, and thereafter, the blown air is gradually cooled down at the rate of 10 to 15 °C/min

摘要: Provided is a double container which comprises a relatively rigid outer container and a flexible inner container disposed inside the outer container and capacity-variable in response to an amount of a content thereof. The double container is configured to contain, particularly, a high-viscosity liquid, e.g., a liquid having a viscosity of 1000 to 100,000 mPa/s, and to be easily produced by a forming technique having no significant difference from conventional techniques, wherein the double container for a high-viscosity liquid is capable of containing the content without causing oxidation thereof, while maintaining the outer container in its original shape or dimensions, and discharging the content by squeezing the outer container, irrespective of a level of a remaining amount of the content.

摘要: Manufacturing method and apparatus for a hollow molded part manufactured by spraying a molding material into a mold utilizing the principle of electrostatic coating. The method comprises a spraying step for forming a resin layer by spraying liquid resin with a differential electrical potential relative to the mold into a mold capable of separation into two or more parts from a spray fixture inserted from an opening portion in said mold; a solidifying step for solidifying the resin layer; a mold parting step for opening the mold relative to the spray fixture and parting the solidified resin layer from the mold while it is held in the spray fixture; and a removal step for removing from the spray fixture the resin layer held in the spray fixture.

摘要: The purpose of the invention is to provide a double walled container that can be manufactured easily with molding materials and a molding device that do not differ substantially from conventional ones and for which the bottom of an inner container does not rise and separate from the bottom of an outer container even when the interior volume of a flexible inner container is reduced by the contents being depleted by the contents being consumed, and to provide a manufacturing method for same. A double walled container has a container bottom that is blow molded after an intermediate portion of a parison in the vertical direction is sandwiched by a split mold from the horizontal direction; at least a portion of the container bottom is the portion that is sandwiched by the split mold; the container bottom has a bottom projection on the underside of the container bottom made of the outer layer of a rigid outer layer container and the outer layer of a flexible inner layer container; in the bottom projection, an extended portion of the rigid outer layer container and an extended portion of the flexible inner layer container have protrusions and recesses of different heights in the horizontal direction; and the protrusions and recesses are combined so that the extended portion of the rigid outer layer container and the extended portion of the flexible inner layer container do not shift vertically with respect to each other.
