A laminate including, in the following order: a first layer formed of polypropylene containing a smectic crystal; and a second layer formed of a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin and a metal foil powder, wherein the metal foil powder is a flattened piece having a laminate structure in which both surfaces of a metal thin film layer are each covered with a transparent thin film layer.

A zipper-tape bag (1) includes a bag body (10) and tabs (16) each provided to an outside of the bag body (10) at a position closer to a housing space (10C) than a zipper tape (20). The bag body (10) can be easily unsealed upon disengagement of a male portion (21B) and a female portion (22B) simply by pinching and pulling the tabs (16) in mutually separating directions. The tabs (16) are spaced away from an opening, which is formed after a top seal (14) is cut off, in order that the content (P) can be taken out or put in. The content (P) can thus be put in and taken out without problems such as adhesion of the content (P) to the hand and contamination of the content (P) by touching the content (P) by hand.

A male belt-shaped base having a male member with a short width, and a separation strip (30) are heat-sealed to a film (11A). A female belt-shaped base having a female member with a long width is heat-sealed at a predetermined position so that the male portion and the female portion are at engageable positions. The film (11A) is layered and suitably sealed to form a zipper-tape bag (1A). The film (11A) and the separation strip (30) are cut to form a cut portion (60) at a non-bonded region (16) in which the film (11A) of the zipper-tape bag (1A) is not bonded, thereby forming an unsealing tab (17). The unsealing tab (17) can be easily formed by simply cutting the film (11A).

A resin sheet is manufactured by: forming a rapidly-cooled transparent polypropylene sheet by rapidly cooling a molten polypropylene resin; laminating on the rapidly-cooled transparent polypropylene sheet a resin layer (33) of polyurethane resin, the polyurethane resin having a tensile-rupture elongation in a range from 150% to 900% and a softening point in a range from 50 degrees C to 180 degrees C; and laminating a print layer (32) on the resin layer (33). A molded article having a non-planar molding (3A) made of the resin sheet is provided by insert molding. The molding (3A) is formed into a complicated shape where a part of the molding has: 150% or more of an elongation ratio; 0.8 or less of a film-thickness ratio (B/A) before and after the sheet is molded; and/or a surface area ratio (Y/X) before and after the sheet is molded in a range from 1.5 to 5. The rapidly-cooled transparent polypropylene sheet is not whitened even when the sheet is formed into a complicated shape and the print layer (32) is not cracked or peeled off.

Provided are a shape-retaining tape and a zipper tape that can be produced only by extrusion molding without using a stretching process, and can retain a prescribed shape by being attached to a package bag formed of a resin film or the like, and a package bag in which these tapes are attached to an opening part. In a zipper tape 2A having an engagement part in which a protruded male part 12 and a recessed female part 22 are engaged with each other, shape-retaining parts 11b and 21b formed of a resin composition obtained by adding 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of an inorganic filler relative to 100 parts by weight of a high-density polyethylene resin are provided along the tape-length L direction of a male-side belt-like base part 11a and a female-side belt-like base part 21a.

In a biaxially oriented nylon film for cold forming, respective tensile stresses σ 0.5 in four directions of an MD direction, a TD direction, a 45-degree direction and a 135-degree direction at a time when a strain is 0.5 are each in a range from 120 MPa to 240 MPa in a stress-strain curve obtained through a tensile test conducted on the film under conditions comprising a sample width of 15 mm, a distance between gauge points of 50 mm and a tensile speed of 100 mm/min, and a ratio σ max / σ min between a maximum stress σ max and a minimum stress σ min of the stresses in the four directions at the time when the strain is 0.5 is 1.6 or less.
