A thermoplastic resin film according to the present invention composed of a thermoplastic resin composition (C) including at least one kind of a thermoplastic resin (R) and fine particles (P) having a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 to 15 µm and a refractive index different from that of the thermoplastic resin (R) by 0.02 or more. At least one of film surfaces satisfies formulas (1) and (2). A process for producing amultilayeredunstretched film. The process is intended to minimize the amount of those thick parts of a film formed which are to be discarded, and to thereby attain a cost reduction. Thermoplastic resins (20A) and an extra thermoplastic resin (20B) different from the thermoplastic resins (20A) are separately melted by heating. Immediately before widening in respective manifolds, the extra thermoplastic resin is introduced to each edge part of each of the objective thermoplastic resins. The resins are fed to and widened in the manifolds so that the extra thermoplastic resin is disposed on the side of each edge of each objective thermoplastic resin. Subsequently, the melts are joined and ejected from the die lip of the T-die on a casting roll. Thus, a multilayered unstretched film is formed which comprises multilayered thermoplastic resins made of the objective thermoplastic resins and the multilayered extra thermoplastic resin disposed on the side of each edge of those multilayered resins. Thereafter, the parts constituted of the extra thermoplastic resin are removed by cutting to form a multilayered unstretched film (20) consisting mainly of the objective thermoplastic resins.

The present invention is an acrylic resin composition for a film, the composition comprising: a high-molecular-weight hindered amine-based light stabilizer (A) having a triazine backbone; and an acrylic resin (B). When this acrylic resin composition for a film is used, there is reduced bleeding to a roll surface during film formation, and minimized sticking of the film to the roll.

The method comprises melting and subjecting the resin material to shear stresses in a range of 250 kPa to 400 kPa to form a refined resin material. Provided is an aromatic polycarbonate resin sheet/film which has excellent bending characteristics and surface smoothness. It is found that a sheet having excellent surface smoothness, which cannot be achieved by conventional sheets, can be obtained by adjusting sheet extrusion conditions for a polycarbonate resin sheet/film into which a reinforcing filler is blended. It is also found that a thermally shaped article having excellent appearance can be obtained by using this sheet in pressure molding or in thermal press molding.

The production device for a microporous polyolefin resin sheet according to the present invention includes a mouthpiece that extrudes a molten resin in a sheet shape; a casting cooling device that cools and solidifies a sheet extruded from the mouthpiece while conveying the sheet; and a decompression chamber that is installed upstream from the mouthpiece in a conveying direction of the casting cooling device and aspirates air between the sheet extruded from the mouthpiece and the casting cooling device; and further includes a rectifier that is installed and blocks a gap between the sheet discharged from the mouthpiece and the cast surface. The decompression chamber of the production device for a microporous polyolefin resin sheet according to the present invention includes: a sealing member provided in at least a peripheral portion of a surface opposing the casting cooling device and in physical contact with the casting cooling device; and a partition plate provided across a sheet width direction in a vicinity of an opening part opposing the mouthpiece.
