Solution The present invention provides a fluoroalkylating agent represented by the general formula (1) wherein R 1 is a C1 to C8 fluoroalkyl group; R 2 and R 3 are each independently a C1 to C12 alkyl group or the like; Y 1 to Y 4 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or the like; and X - is a monovalent anion. A compound of the general formula (3): R 4 -S-R 1 having an introduced C1 to C8 fluoroalkyl group is easily obtained by reacting a compound of the general formula (2): R 4 -S-Z wherein R 4 is a hydrocarbon group or the like; and Z is a leaving group, with the compound of the general formula (1).

[Solution] The present invention provides a method for producing a nitrobenzene compound represented by general formula (2), wherein R 1 and R 5 are the same or different, and each is a halogen atom or another functional group, and R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 are the same or different, and each is a hydrogen atom or another functional group, comprising oxidizing an aniline compound represented by general formula (1), wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , and R 5 are the same as described above, with hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a tungsten compound under an acidic condition, followed by oxidation with hydrogen peroxide under a neutral to alkaline condition.

    摘要: The main tasks of the present invention are to provide, from a raw material which is industrially inexpensive and easy to procure, an N-cyclopropyl-2-difluoromethoxy-3-halogenoaniline which is an important intermediate in production of a quinolonecarboxylic acid having a cyclopropyl group at the 1-position, an isoindolinyl group at the 7-position and a difluoromethoxy group at the 8-position, useful as a synthetic antibacterial agent; and an intermediate used for production thereof. The present invention provides: a difluoromethoxybenzene derivative represented by the following formula (1): wherein X is a halogen atom and Y is a nitro group or an amino group; an N-(1-alkoxycyclopropyl)-2-difluoromethoxy-3-halogenoaniline derivative represented by the following formula (2): wherein X is a halogen atom and R is a lower alkyl group; and an N-cyclopropyl-2-difluoromethoxy-3-halogeno-aniline derivative represented by the following formula (3): wherein X is a halogen atom and R is a hydrogen atom or a 2,2-di(alkoxycarbonyl)ethylene group represented by the following formula (4): -CH=C(CO 2R )2 (wherein R is a lower alkyl group).
