    摘要： A system for conveying carcasses or carcass parts of quadruped slaughter animals includes at least one carrier. The carrier includes a first jaw element, which has an engagement face for engaging the carcass or carcass part, a second jaw element, which has an engagement face for engaging the carcass or carcass part. The carrier further includes a tensioning structure, the connection between the first connection zone of the tensioning structure and the first jaw element and the connection between the second connection zone of the tensioning structure and the second jaw element being such that when the jaw elements move relative to each other when receiving a carcass or carcass part in the retaining part of the holding slot, the first connection zone moves along with the first jaw member and the second connection zone moves along with the second jaw member, which movement of the connection zones causes elastic deformation of the tensioning structure, the elastic deformation providing a clamping force to the engagement faces of the jaw elements such that the carcass or carcass part is retained in the holding slot by clamping a part of the carcass or carcass part between the engagement face of the first jaw element and the engagement face of the second jaw element.

    摘要： This invention relates to a skinning device for removing skin from an animal carcass or carcass parts when conveyed by a conveyor means. The skinning device includes a frame, a housing rotatably mounted on the frame using a rotation mechanism, a motor driven tooth roll mounted on the housing, a support structure mounted on the housing encasing at least a portion of the tooth roll, a cutting blade positioned adjacent to the support structure betweenthe support structure and the tooth roll, and a sensing structure for sensing incoming animal carcass or carcass parts. The rotation mechanism is operably connected to the housing and adapted to execute, in response to a reaction from the sensing structure, a movement of the housing including rotational movement around an longitudinal axis of the tooth roll from a first angular position to a second angular position, the first angular position being a starting position where the tooth roll engages the skin of an incoming animal carcass or carcass part and pulls the skin towards the cutting blade, where subsequently the angular position is adjusted from being in the first angular position towards the second angular position such that the animal carcass or carcass part is moved over the skinning device while the skin is being pulled along the arc between the support structure and the tooth roll causing simultaneous removal of the skin from the animal carcass or carcass part upon reaching the second angular position.

    摘要： A skinning device for removing skin from an animal carcass has a housing, a manipulation arm extending from the housing, an cutting blade, a motor driven tooth roll mounted on the housing having plurality of tooth wheels arranged in axially spaced apart arrangement such that the space between adjacent tooth wheels has a pre-set distance. The tooth wheels have circumferentially arranged teeth projecting outwardly therefrom adapted to grab the skin with the circumferentially arranged teeth and pull it towards the cutting blade. The skinning device includes a support structure mounted on the housing arranged in proximity to the tooth roll, and is adapted to engage the skin while the skin is simultaneously being pulled off the carcass. Strippers are arranged in the space of pre-set distance and circumferentially surround at least a space portion where the arc-shaped contour essentially follows the tooth roll.
