摘要： A method is provided to identify inhibitors of any one of Raf, MEK, extracellular signal regulated kinase 1 (ERK1), extracellular signal regulated kinase 2 (ERK2), phosphatidylinositol triphosphate kinase (PI3K), p21 activated kinase 2 (PAK2), p21 activated kinase 3 (PAK3), Rac, CDC42, p21 activated kinase 1 (PAK1), protein kinase B (PKB), Akt, and c-jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), or crosstalk between the PI3-K an the Ras-Raf-MEK-ERK pathway, useful to treat disorders such as neurofibromatosis type 1 or at least one clinical manifestation thereof.
