摘要:
The invention relates to copolymers that are obtained from an amphiphilic polymer, preferably polyethylene glycol, and a charged effector molecule, especially a peptide or peptide derivative. The invention also relates to nucleic acid complexes for use as non-viral vectors in gene therapy in which nucleic acid is condensed with a polycation and which contain the charged copolymer bound to their surface.
摘要:
The invention relates to combinations of a carrier and a complex, which consists of a nucleic-acid molecule and a copolymer. Said copolymer consists of an amphiphilic polymer, preferably polyethylene glycol and a charged effector molecule, in particular, a peptide or peptide derivative. The invention also relates to the use of the combinations for transferring nucleic acid molecules into cells.
摘要:
Described are polypeptides comprising at least two peptide monomers comprising a nuclear localization sequence or a protein transduction domain and their use for transferring molecules into eukaryotic cells, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising the described polypeptides and processes for transferring molecules into eukaryotic cells.

摘要:
Described is a method for transfecting a cell comprising bringing a complex comprising vector(s) and magnetic particle(s) in contact with a cell by applying a magnetic field and methods of treatment using said method. Furthermore, described is such a complex as well as methods for making it. Finally, pharmaceutical compositions, uses of such complexes and a kit are described. The method described is particularly useful where automatizable high-throughput transfection is required for large scale screening processes.
