According to the above mower (100), a human body is prevented from making contact with the cutting mechanism (130) from the side direction of the cutting mechanism (130), the bottom protection (160) can prevent the human body from making contact with the cutting mechanism (130) from the lower side of the cutting mechanism (130), and the bottom protection (160) is provided with a grass inlet (162), such that the cutting can be smoothly performed; due to the arrangement of the bottom protection (160), the side part protection (150) and cutting mechanism (130) can be set to approach to the outer side of the mower (100) as much as possible, thereby realizing the cutting of the edge of a lawn, and meeting the cutting and safety requirements at the same time.
