摘要: The invention concerns single axles for vehicles. The inventive axle is characterised in that it comprises at least two assemblies (100, 200) each including an arm (101, 201) and spring means (102, 202) linked to a point (104, 204) of the arm and to the underframe (Ch), means (10) for mounting the two arms (101, 201) rotatable about an axis (11) relative to the underframe (Ch) and so that they are capable of moving in two parallel planes of rotation substantially perpendicular to the axis (11), at least two rods (21, 22), means (50) for linking the two ends of the two rods respectively to the two arms (101, 201) so that the two rods (21, 22) form with the two arms a parallelogram, the axes (23, 24) of the two rods (21, 22) not merging with the first axis (11), and, in a so-called neutral position, parallel to said first axis, the two rods (21, 22) being arranged to form rods capable of elastic torsional and flexural deformation. The invention is essentially applicable to land vehicles such as light vehicles, heavy vehicles, lorries, trailers, semi-trailers, railway vehicles and the like, and to multiple axles such as tandem and triple axles.

摘要: The invention relates to methods of producing spring wires, said wires essentially taking the form of a cylinder (FR). The inventive wire is essentially characterised in that it comprises at least one first plurality of layers C1, ..., Cx-1, Cx, ..., Cn of wound fibres (Fb), said layers being disposed on top of one another and impregnated with a matrix. Moreover, the aforementioned first plurality of layers comprises at least two stacked layers Cx-1, Cx of fibres which are wound in opposing directions along two coaxial helices around the same axis (10) to the left and right thereof respectively. According to the invention, the tangents to said two helices together with the axis (10) form respectively two angles having values βx-1 and βx which are respectively equal to Δ+kϜ and -Δ- kϜ, Ϝ being a function of the value of the modulus of elasticity for the spring to be produced and k being a factor of between 0 and 1. The invention is suitable, for example, for the production of helical cylindrical-type spring wires or similar for the suspension systems of truck- or similar-type motor vehicles.
