摘要: A rotary electric machine (1), a transmission (2), and a differential gear device (3) are disposed coaxially. The transmission (2) includes a first helical gear (HG1) and a second helical gear (HG2) that meshes with the first helical gear (HG1). A case (10) includes a first case member (6) including a stator support portion (61) that supports a stator (11) of the rotary electric machine (1), a second case member (7) that is structured as a separate member from the first case member (6) and forms a gear chamber (C2) that houses the transmission (2) and the differential gear device (3), and a support member (8) that supports the first helical gear (HG1) in an axial direction (L). The support member (8) rotatably supports a rotor (12) of the rotary electric machine (1) via a rotor bearing (B1), and is fixed to the second case member (7).

摘要: Construction capable of improving the convenience of an electric automobile is achieved by making the drive apparatus for an electric automobile in which a planetary-gear transmission 11 is assembled more compact and simple, and increasing the distance traveled per charge. The planetary-gear transmission 11 comprises a single-pinion first planetary-gear mechanism 12 and a double-pinion second planetary-gear mechanism 13, and reduces power from an electric motor 1a by a desired reduction ratio before transmitting that power to a driven-side rotating shaft 5a. A first braking device 14 switches a ring gear 22 and a second braking device 15 switches a second sun gear 19 between a state of being allowed to rotate and a state of being prevented from rotating with respect to a fixed portion.

摘要: Provided is a magnetic power transmission device capable of improving the power transmission efficiency and transmission capability while maintaining the merits obtained when performing power transmission by using a magnetic force and reducing the manufacturing cost. The magnetic power transmission device (1) includes: an external rotor (11) having a plurality of left and right permanent magnets (11c) arranged in the circumferential direction; an internal rotor (12) having a plurality of permanent magnets (12c) arranged in the circumferential direction; and an intermediate rotor (13) having a plurality of left and right soft magnetic bodies (13d, 13e) arranged in the circumferential direction. When the left and the right permanent magnets (11c) are positioned to oppose to the permanent magnets (12c): if the left permanent magnet (11c) has a polarity different from that of the left side of the permanent magnet (12c), the right permanent magnet (11c) has a polarity identical to that of the right side of the permanent magnet (12c); and if one of the soft magnetic bodies (13d, 13e) is positioned between the permanent magnets (11c, 12c), the other is positioned between the two adjacent permanent magnets (11c, 12c).

摘要: The invention relates to an electric power unit, especially for a vehicle drive system, with two electric motors (1) with the faces of their casings (3) adjacent and flanged together, in which an outer motor (2) is connected to a wheel body (16), an inner annular stator (4) is connected to the casing (3) and the rotor shaft (7) is connected to the wheel body (16). To reduce the bulk and increase the input powers or torque, the wheel body (16) is arranged on the face at which the two electric motors (1) are flanged together and the coupling device (8, 9, 19, 25; 26) is fitted inside the recess (10) in the stator (4).
