摘要: A servomotor includes a control circuit 1, an electric motor 2, a harmonic drive 3 and a sensor. The control circuit is connected to the electric motor and used to control the electric motor. The harmonic drive includes an outer casing 5, a wave generator 32, a flex spline 34 and a circular spline 33. The wave generator is driven by the electric motor. The flex spline is sleeved on an exterior of the wave generator and located within the circular spline and engages with the circular spline. The flex spline is connected with an output member 37 that is used to output power, and a post 6 is arranged along a rotation axis of the output member. The sensor is arranged within the outer casing and used to detect an angular displacement of the post. A method for controlling the servomotor is also provided.

Each servo actuator includes a servo MCU, a first interface coupled to the servo MCU via a second bus, a second interface coupled the first interface and the servo MCU, a first servo switch connected between the first interface and the servo MCU, and a second servo switch connected between the second interface and the servo MCU. The first servo switch is set to turn on or off the first interface and the second servo switch is set to turn on or off the second interface.

摘要: The present invention discloses a robot joint structure that includes a servo and a connection part. The servo includes a servo main body and an output shaft, and one end of the output protruding out of the servo main body. The servo main body includes a servo plate at one side surface thereof. The servo plate is fixed to the output shaft and capable of rotating together with the output shaft. The connection part includes a first connection arm, and the first connection arm defines at least one connection chamber allowing the servo plate to be inserted therein and mating with the servo plate, to fix the connection part to the servo plate. 摘要: A servo and a robot with the servo are provided. The servo comprises a power input apparatus (10) with a first output shaft, a deceleration apparatus (20), and a power output mechanism (30). The deceleration apparatus (20) comprises a first-stage deceleration mechanism (22) and a second-stage deceleration mechanism (24). The power output mechanism (30) comprises a second output shaft (32) and an output bearing (34) fixedly installed on the second output shaft (32), wherein the second output shaft (32) is an external spline output shaft. Through the external spline output shaft and the output bearing (34) disposed on the power output mechanism (30), the servo could directly connect with an exterior component through the external spline output shaft, and the strength is improved. As a result, the friction between the servo and the exterior component is reduced, and the lifetime is therefore increased.

摘要: A servo actuator ID setting method is performed by a servo actuator controlling system. The servo actuator controlling system includes a master controller and a plurality of servo actuators. One servo actuator is set to disconnect to a next servo actuator. A plurality of interfaces of the master controller is selected to turn on in sequence. The following steps are repeatedly performed to set servo actuator ID: broadcasting a signal to replace an original ID of each of the plurality of servo actuators with a target ID; the plurality of servo actuators in each branch connecting to the master controller; and replacing the original ID of each of the plurality servo actuator with the target ID.
