Provided are: a graft polymer and a colored resin that are free from color migration or fading caused by bleed-out after coloring, which is a defect of a dye, without impairing vivid color development and transparency of the dye; a method for producing the same; and a resin composition containing the colored resin. The present invention relates to: (1) a graft polymer that has a polyolefin (A) as the main chain, and a polymer (B) polymerized a dye (b) having a radical reactive functional group, in a side chain; (2) the graft polymer which is characterized in that the dye (b) having the radical reactive functional group is a cationic rhodamine derivative, a cationic triarylmethane-type dye derivative or a cationic cyanine-type dye derivative, having an ethylenically unsaturated group; (3) a colored resin consisting of the graft polymer; as well as (4) a method for producing the colored resin, which is characterized by mixing the polyolefin (A), the dye (b) having the radical reactive functional group, and the radical reaction initiator (C), and subjecting a radical reaction of the mixture; and the like.

A method for purifying polynucleic acids is disclosed, comprising adsorbing the polynucleic acids to a filter, washing the filter with a water-immiscible solution, and eluting the polynucleic acids from the filter. The method can be used to prepare purified RNA and/or DNA.
