    摘要： The invention relates to an intervertebral implant for the lumbosacral articulation. The inventive implant comprises a wedge (20) which is disposed between a fifth lumbar vertebra (L5) and the sacral vertebra (S1) which is articulated to L5. The longitudinal housing is defined by an extension (32) and a tab (34) having a greater width than that of the body of the wedge. Moreover, the section of the housing, along the mid-plane (M) of the wedge, takes the general form of a U which is inclined in relation to the base of the groove (30).
