    摘要: The invention relates to a transformed Phaeodactylum tricornutum microalga comprising a nucleic acid sequence operatively linked to a promoter, wherein said nucleic acid sequence encodes an amino acid sequence comprising (i) an heterologous signal peptide; and (ii) a therapeutic antibody, a functional fragment or a derivative thereof, said transformed microalga expressing the therapeutic antibody, functional fragment or derivative thereof secreted in the extracellular media. Preferably, said therapeutic antibody, functional fragment or derivative thereof has an increased antibody-dependant cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) and a low fucose content. The present invention also relates to a method for producing said therapeutic antibody, a functional fragment or a derivative thereof. The present invention also relates to the use of a transformed Phaeodactylum tricornutum microalga according to the invention for the production and the secretion of a therapeutic antibody, a functional fragment or a derivative thereof in the extracellular medium. Another object to the invention is a therapeutic antibody, a functional fragment or a derivative thereof produced and secreted in the extracellular medium of microalgae by a method according to the invention. Finally, another object of the invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition comprising said therapeutic antibody, functional fragment or derivative thereof.
