Abstract:
The invention relates to mixtures devoid of isocyanate reactive functional groups, containing, as a majority or as only reactive functional groups: isocyanate groups and no groups which can be activated by actinic radiation or, isocyanate groups and groups which can be activated by actinic radiation. Said mixture also comprises at least one initiator which can be activated by actinic radiation and initiators which can be activated by actinic radiation, containing two or more component systems made of (I) components devoid of isocyanate groups, containing groups which can be activated by actinic radiation and isocyanate reactive functional groups in a majority or as the only reactive functional groups, and (II) components devoid of isocyanate reactive functional groups containing, as a majority or as the only reactive functional groups, isocyanate groups and no groups which can be activated by actinic radiation or, isocyanate groups and groups which can be activated by actinic radiation, wherein a considerable number of the total amount of initiators are provided in said components (II). The invention also relates to methods for the production and use thereof.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for heterogeneously catalyzed partial esterification of (meth)acrylic acid with oxyalkylated polyols, wherein the oxyalkylated polyols have at least 3 free hydroxyl groups, and wherein the catalyst is selected from the group comprising acidic ion exchange resins and/or acidic zeolites. The invention further relates to (meth)acrylic esters and urethane acrylates, obtained by a process according to the present invention, and to the use thereof as radiation-curable compounds.
