    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of optically active amines of the formula (I*), in which R and m have the meanings given in the description. In the present process the preparation of said amines is such that (a) in a first stage, racemic amines of the formula (I) are reacted, in the presence of lipases from Candida antarctica and optionally in the presence of a diluent, with esters of the formula (II), in which R , R , X and n have the meanings given in the description; (b) in a second stage the resulting mixture of (S)-amine of the formula (I-S) and acylated (R)-amine of the formula (III) is separated.

    摘要: The invention concerns a novel process for preparing racemic phenethylamines of formula (I) in which R , R , R , R and R have the meanings given in the description. According to this process: a) in a first step, optically active phenethylamines of formula (I*) are reacted with acetophenone derivatives of formula (II), the optically active phenethylamine used and the acetophenone derivative used each being substituted in an identical manner in the phenyl part, optionally in the presence of a diluting agent and optionally in the presence of a catalyst; b) in a second step, the resultant optically active Schiff bases of formula (III*) are reacted with metallic hydroxides containing between 0.1 and 50 wt. % water; and c) in a third step, the resultant racemic Schiff bases are reacted with acids in the presence of water.
