摘要: An adjusting gearing for an adjusting device of a motor vehicle is provided. The adjusting gearing having a gearing housing, having a drive input wheel which is arranged in the gearing housing and which has bearing collars formed at both sides of the drive input wheel, and having a drive output wheel which is arranged in the gearing housing and which meshes with the drive input wheel and the axis of which is aligned substantially perpendicular to the axis of the drive input wheel. The adjusting gearing further comprising a single part gearing housing having a first housing chamber for holding the drive input wheel and having a second housing chamber for holding the drive output wheel, a bearing point which is formed in the first housing chamber and which serves to hold a first bearing collar of the drive input wheel and a bearing point which is formed in the second housing chamber and which serves to hold a first bearing collar of the drive output wheel, and axially adjustable bearing bushes having cylindrical bushes, which are matched to the inner diameters of the housing chambers for centering second bearing collars of the drive input wheel and of the drive output wheel.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for adjusting the height of a motor vehicle seat, said device comprising a base element which is fixed to the seat frame, and a supporting element which is mounted on the base element in a longitudinally mobile manner and is used to support the passenger. When the supporting element is used in accordance with requirements, the weight exerts a force on the supporting element in a supporting direction. The inventive device also comprises guiding means used to guide the supporting element on the base element in a mobile manner in a direction of displacement. According to the invention, the guiding means (3, 4) comprise a first guiding device (3) on which the supporting element is supported on the base element (1), and on which the supporting element (2) and the base element (1) co-operate with play in a direction (y) perpendicularly to the direction of displacement (x) and the supporting direction (z). The guiding means (3, 4) also comprise a second guiding device (4) which is used to guide the supporting element (2) on the base element (1), essentially without play, perpendicularly to the direction of displacement (x) and the supporting direction (z).

摘要: The invention relates to a device for adjustment of the backrest inclination for a backrest (1) of a seat, in particular in a motor vehicle, whereby the backrest (1) is connected to a rotating locking device (2). Said device may be locked in defined lock positions (3, 4, 5, 6) for adjustment of the inclination, by means of a locking element (7) which may be positionally adjusted, whereby the locking element (7) may be placed in a defined spatial position, by means of at least one operating mechanism (10, 11, 12, 13), such that it is in a position to be locked in only a partial number of the possible locking positions (claim 1). A defined adjustment of the inclination is thus achievable in a simple manner.

摘要: The invention relates to a longitudinal guide for an automotive seat. Said longitudinal guide comprises two lower rails (2) directly or indirectly fastened at both sides of the automotive seat to the floor of the interior. On each lower rail, one upper rail (1) is displaceably positioned in such a manner that both rails (1, 2), in their functional position, configure a substantially rectangular cross-sectional profile. Bearing areas (3, 4) for bearing the upper rails on the lower rails are configured as bracket areas provided in two substantially diagonally opposite corner areas and are associated with guiding means (15-18). In a first bearing area (3), two bearing guides (15, 16; 18, 16) are provided spaced apart at an angle and receive forces that are vertically directed in the direction of seat occupancy and forces that are horizontally directed. The tapered ends (8-9, 21-24) of the lower rail (2) and the upper rail (1) are configured as substantially U-shaped interlocking profiles in the first bearing area (3). The longitudinal guide is characterized in that, in the functional position, a bearing limb (9, 22) of a U-shaped profile or of the U-shaped profiles extends upward and slopes towards the interior of the seat at an acute angle in relation to a vertical direction.

摘要: A spindle or worm drive for adjustment devices in motor vehicles, secured with a fixed spindle or a fixed toothed rack to the first of two parts which can be adjusted in relation to each other, provided with a gear mechanism which is connected to the second of the two parts which can be adjusted in relation to each other. The gear housing is free from backlash and is enclosed by at least one bearing shell (5,6) such that it is pivotable about at least one axis, said bearing shell consisting of two bearing plates (5,6) which fit into one another and which can be joined to each other after enclosure of the gear housing (4). The gear housing (4) is made of plastic and is provided with a concave or convex housing part (42, 43) which is surrounded by a convex or concave bearing shell section (54, 64) made of a material which is suitable for receiving crash forces, especially a metal material.
