摘要: [Problem] To suppress the disadvantage that occurs with regard to the flow of a compensation current when a voltage of a power source of a noise canceller is lower than a DC link voltage of a power converter.
[Solving means] A noise reduction circuitry includes a noise canceller that injects a compensation current into a power line or an earth to reduce a common mode noise current flowing to an alternating-current power source from a power converter including a switching element connected to the alternating-current power source through the power line and the earth, and a direct-current power source that supplies power to the noise canceller, and a voltage Vcc of the direct-current power source is less than 2/3 of a peak value of a DC link voltage of the power converter, and when a connection point between the power line and a path connecting the power line and the earth via the noise canceller is a first connection point, and a connection point between the path and the earth is a second connection point, when the compensated common mode noise current whose positive direction is a direction of flow from the alternating-current power source side to the first connection point and flowing through the power line on a side closer to the alternating-current power source than the first connection point is Ig(t), when the compensation current whose positive direction is a direction of flow from the alternating-current power source side to the first connection point and flowing through the path is Io(t), when an impedance of the path is Z 1, when an impedance on a side closer to the alternating-current power source than the first connection point and the second connection point is Z2, and when V(t) = 2 * (Z1 * Io(t) - Z2 * Ig(t)), the voltage Vcc is set to be a maximum value of a quasi-peak value of V(t) or √2 times or more an effective value of V(t).

摘要: A connecting member such as a terminal base (10) is used, which allows a printed circuit board unit in which circuit elements such as a power module (3) are mounted on a printed circuit board (2) to be rated at higher current as compared to a conventional printed circuit board unit; and therefore an increase in size of the unit can be reduced or prevented with a simple configuration of connection sections. The connecting member (10) of an electrical circuit connects the circuit element (3) of the electrical circuit including the printed circuit board (2), to an electrical wire (8). The connecting member (10) includes a terminal connecting section (11) to be directly connected to terminal pins (3a) of the circuit element (3); a wire connecting section (12) to be connected to the electrical wire (8); and attachment sections (14) for attaching the connecting member to the printed circuit board (2).

摘要: To improve the certainty with which the driving of an actuator driven by an inverter is stopped when an abnormality has been sensed in an air conditioner and stopping the driving of the actuator has been requested. A drive signal is outputted to a PWM drive circuit 65 and an inverter 61. A CPU 63 controls the PWM drive circuit 65. A first mechanical relay RY1 is connected to the PWM drive circuit 65 in such a way as to be capable of cutting off an inverter drive power supply of the PWM drive circuit 65. An inverter control power supply PS3 continues supplying power to the CPU 63. The first mechanical relay RY1 cuts off the inverter drive power supply PS2 of the PWM drive circuit 65 when a high-pressure abnormality in the air conditioner 10 has been sensed and stopping the driving of a compressor 31 has been requested.

摘要: When an abnormality occurs in a refrigeration cycle, the inverter motor provided in the air conditioner is stopped reliably and contacts of the main relay are prevented from degradation and fusion. A power circuit 1 of the air conditioner includes a rectifier circuit RC, a capacitor C (smoothing unit), a main relay 10 provided on a current path between the rectifier circuit RC and the capacitor C, an inverter circuit 30, a microcomputer 100, and a delay circuit 40. The microcomputer 100 has an inverter circuit control unit 110, a main relay opening/closing control unit 120, a waveform forced cut-off unit 130, and a cut-off signal output unit 140. Where a high-pressure switch 200 (abnormality detection unit) detects a high-pressure abnormality and outputs a high-pressure abnormality signal to the waveform forced cut-off unit 130 when the main relay 10 is in a closed state, the waveform forced cut-off unit 130 electrically cuts off the inverter circuit control unit 110, and the cut-off signal output unit 140 outputs a cut-off signal, which sets the main relay 10 to the open state, to the main relay 10 via the delay circuit 40.

摘要: A power converter (105S) comprises a rectifier circuit (110), an inverter (130), a capacitor (122), and a control circuit (150S). The rectifier circuit (110) rectifies an alternating current (AC) power of a three-phase AC power source. The inverter (130) inverts a voltage rectified by the rectifier circuit to an AC voltage of a predetermined frequency on the basis of input of control signals and that applies the AC voltage to a motor (103) of a compressor (21). The capacitor (122) is provided between the rectifier circuit and the inverter. The control circuit (150S) stops, if an abnormal signal indicating an abnormality of a discharge pressure of the compressor is received, inputting the control signals to the inverter. Here, a relay is absent between the rectifier circuit and the capacitor.
