摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method for coding and decoding a multi object audio signal with multi channel. The apparatus includes: a multi channel encoding means for down-mixing an audio signal including a plurality of channels, generating a spatial cue for the audio signal including the plurality of channels, and generating first rendering information including the generated spatial cue; and a multi object encoding unit for down-mixing an audio signal including a plurality of objects, which includes the down-mixed signal from the multi channel encoding unit, generating a spatial cue for the audio signal including the plurality of objects, and generating second rendering information including the generated spatial cue, wherein the multichannel encoding unit generates a spatial cue for the audio signal including the plurality of objects regardless of a Coder-Decoder (CODEC) scheme the limits the multi channel encoding unit.

摘要： Provided is a method and apparatus for decoding a multi-object audio signal. The apparatus comprises: a side information bitstream input unit configured to receive the side information bitstream; a spatial cue information extractor configured to extract spatial cue information based on the side information bitstream; a preset information extractor configured to extract preset information and default preset information based on the side information bitstream; and a decoder configured to decode the multi-object audio signal using at least one of the spatial cue information, the preset information and the default preset information. The side information bitstream includes a header region and a frame region. The frame region includes the preset information and the header region includes the default preset information for using at least one of the preset information and the default preset information for rendering the multi-object audio signal corresponding to the frame region. The preset information includes a layout of a playback system to be a mono system, a stereo system or a multi-channel system, an audio object location and an audio object level.

摘要： A method of and apparatus for encoding and decoding a signal by illumination change compensated motion estimation are provided. The apparatus for encoding a signal by illumination change compensated motion estimation includes: an illumination change compensation unit performing compensation for an illumination change by performing a differential calculation between each pixel value of a current block and the means pixel value of a reference block indicated by a motion vector of the current blok and the mean pixel value of the reference block; a residual signals generation unit generating redisual signals based on the blocks in which illumination change compensation is performed; and an illumination changed amount prediction unit performing differential pulse code modulation (DPCM) based on the illumination change amount prediction value by reflecting the closeness between neighboring blocks in which illumination change occurs.

摘要： Provided is an apparatus and method for coding and decoding multi-object audio signals with various channels and providing backward compatibility with a conventional spatial audio coding (SAC) bitstream. The apparatus includes: an audio object coding unit for coding audio- object signals inputted to the coding apparatus based on a spatial cue and creating rendering information for the coded audio-object signals, where the rendering information provides a coding apparatus including spatial cue information for audio-object signals; channel information of the audio-object signals; and identification information of the audio-object signals, and used in coding and decoding of the audio signals.
