    摘要: The invention relates to a flap mechanism which comprises means for compensating tolerances and the shrinkage behavior of the flap (11). These means exist primarily by the provision of a flap edge (14) which is connected by injection molding after the injection molded flap (11) has cooled, and thus reduces the gap between the flap (11) and the flap frame (10), said gap being produced by the shrinkage of the flap. In addition, the mounting of the shaft (12) in the frame (10) can be realized in an at least partially conical manner, whereby the shrinkage behavior of the flap shaft can be used, especially in an axial direction, in order to produce a mounting which is free of play. As a result, it is no longer necessary to use additional sealing elements on the mounting points of the flap. In addition, the flap is prevented from vibrating in the mounting which, in the worst case scenario, could lead to a destruction of the flap.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device for moving a valve flap, especially in the intake system of an internal combustion engine. The inventive device consists of a vacuum cell (20) which performs a lengthways movement in dependence on the application of a negative pressure. Said lengthways movement is transmitted to a cross-member (15) via a coupling rod (16). Said cross-member (15) is connected to a lever of the valve flap (11). The coupling rod and cross-member system allows the vacuum cell to be arranged in any position in relation to the valve flap (11). The invention can be simplified further by amalgamating the diaphragm disk (27) with the cross-member (15) so that they form a single integral part. In this case, a force is exerted excentrically on the vacuum cell. Said force can be compensated by the diaphragm having a shape other than a round contour.

A switch (15) is housed in said opening (21). Said switch has butterfly valves (16), a valve holder (17), an axle (19) and a switch holder (18). Rotation of the axle (19) opens or closes of the short suction pipe (14). The switch (15), in contrast to the prior art, does not have seals which can jam during assembly. A space saving solution is provided by placement of the butterfly valves (16) on the universal axis (19).
