摘要: When connection of a charging gun is detected, a charging-control ECU wakes up, and turns on a power supply relay to activate a charging-communication ECU. The charging-control ECU subsequently actives a power-control computer by communicating therewith. The power-control computer closes an SMR, and closes a power supply switch to activate a monitoring unit. If an abnormality occurs in inband communication, the charging-control ECU opens the power supply relay, instructs the power-control computer to shift into sleep mode, and subsequently shifts itself into sleep mode. The power-control computer opens the SMR and the power supply switch, and subsequently shifts into sleep mode.

摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for charging a battery in a simple and efficient way. The apparatus for charging a battery includes a voltage measuring unit for measuring a voltage of a battery, a control unit for outputting a charge control signal corresponding to an early charging mode in which the battery is charged until a voltage of the battery rises to a preset cut-off voltage (Vc) and a charge control signal corresponding to a late charging mode in which the battery is charged while lowering a charge power in phases, and a charging unit for providing a charge power corresponding to the charge control signal to the battery, wherein a point of lowering the charge power in phases is associated with a point at which the voltage of the battery reaches the cut-off voltage again by the lowered charge power. Therefore, a voltage level reached at full charge of a battery may be raised in a simple and efficient way.

摘要: Disclosed are a carrier communication method based on electric automobile charging/discharging, comprising the following steps: S1: after being powered up and started, an electric automobile detecting whether a carrier signal from a peripheral device is received through an interface wire harness and whether the carrier signal is correct; S2: when detecting the carrier signal and detecting that the carrier signal is correct, the electric automobile receiving the carrier signal through the interface wire harness; and S3: the electric automobile performing coupling and filtering on the received carrier signal to convert the carrier signal into a standard carrier signal, and demodulating the standard carrier signal into a digital signal to obtain information of the peripheral device. The method, on the basis of not increasing the number of wire harness, may implement data transmission and sharing between an automobile and ECU modules of a peripheral device, and carrier communication with other signal lines as communication media at the same time, so as to avoid construction and investment of a new communication network, and reduce manufacturing cost and maintenance difficulty. Further disclosed are a carrier communication system and a carrier apparatus based on electric automobile charging/discharging.

摘要: According to a power matching method of a matrix power distribution charging system of the present invention, the matrix power distribution charging system includes at least two DC modules and a plurality of PDUs, wherein the DC modules and the PDUs are respectively connected to a CCU; wherein the power matching method includes steps of: sending orders to the DC modules by the CCU after the matrix power distribution charging system is turned on, so as to order the DC modules to output different constant voltage values; comparing the front end voltages of the switch devices with the constant voltage values outputted by the DC modules for determining a corresponding relation between the switch devices and the DC modules; finally, logically computing by the CCU according to an actual power requirement of the parking space and sending control orders to the PDUs for a certain DC module output combination, in such a manner that the PDUs correctly outputs a certain power. With existing system resources, each switch device of each of the PDUs automatically matches with each of the DC modules, without using additional dedicated resources to achieve matching operation.
