摘要： Disclosed herein is a method for differentiating PDX1-positive pancreatic progenitor cells into NKX6.1 positive pancreatic progenitor cells with a culture medium comprising a) KGF and b) SANT1, wherein the culture medium is substantially free of (1) a Protein Kinase C (PKC) Activator or (2) a BMP signaling pathway inhibitor.
