摘要: The invention relates to a fluid pump, wherein a cylinder 20 supporting a plunger 2 and a pump housing 1 are formed with dissimilar metals and a pressing mechanism to press the cylinder 20 and the pump housing 1 relatively to each other is provided so that a pressurizing chamber 12 is sealed through a pressing surface between the pump housing 1 and the cylinder 20, whereby the number of seal points can be reduced and a reduction in reliability can be eliminated while realizing a reduction in weight of the pump housing 1 and a reduction in cost due to increase in cutting capability using a soft member such as aluminium alloy for the pump housing 1.

摘要: A fuel pump comprises a reciprocably-supported cylinder, a pressurizing chamber using part of the outer surface of the cylinder as the wall surface which move to change the internal volume, a fuel intake passage (10) forming a fuel passage which introduces fuel to the pressurizing chamber, a fuel discharge passage (11) for the compressed fuel coming out from the pressurizing chamber. A fuel intake valve is provided in fuel intake passage (10). A fuel discharge valve is provided in said fuel discharge passage (11). A connecting passage (105) connects upstream side of the intake valve in the fuel intake passage (10) and the downstream side of it. A check valve (102a) which flows fuel from the fuel discharge flow passage (11) to the fuel intake passage (10) is provided in the connecting passage (105), whereby a metal seal (102b) is provided between the relief valve (102) and an inner wall surface of the passage (105).

摘要: The invention relates to a fuel feed system capable of feeding a fuel to fuel injection valves at a fuel pressure with improved stability. A fuel feed system for an internal combustion engine including a fuel tank (50) and a low-pressure pump (51) for feeding the fuel in the, fuel tank to fuel injection valves, is provided with a diaphragm type damper (80) having a wave-shape cross section at a position in contact with the fuel. Also, in a high-pressure fuel feed pump including a pressurizing chamber (12) for pressurizing the fuel, a plunger (2) for pumping the fuel within the pressurizing chamber (12), an intake valve (5) provided at a fuel inlet (10) of the pressurizing chamber (12), a discharge valve (6) provided at a fuel outlet (11) of the pressurizing chamber (12), and a low-pressure chamber provided in an upstream of the intake valve (5), a mechanism for reducing fuel pressure pulsation is disposed in a space of the low-pressure chamber provided in the upstream of the intake valve (5), and a fuel pressure sensor (56; 90) for measuring the fuel pressure is mounted near the mechanism for reducing fuel pressure pulsation.
