Control of the conditions of combustion of the flame can be effected quickly with a high degree of precision by monitoring the flame.

    摘要: A heat conducting member 3 is placed in the space between a semiconductor chip 11 which generates heat and a heat transfer block 1 which is cooled by a coolant, and the heat conducting member conducts heat from the semiconductor chip to the heat transfer block. The heat conducting member has a slanted surface which is inclined with respect to a surface to be cooled of the corresponding semiconductor chip. Even when the semi­conductor chip is displaced or inclined with respect to the heat transfer block, the whole of the cooling surface of the semiconductor chip can be kept in contact with the corresponding heat conducting member.

    摘要: This invention relates to a gasification process for a coal gasification furnace which comprises ejecting coal and an oxidizing agent along the circumferential direction of a gasification chamber (10) to form a whirling stream, making the two contact and react with each other in the gasification chamber (10), thereby producing a combustible gas from the coal while making ash in the coal melt into the form of slag, and withdrawing the slag through a slag tap (3) provided at the lower part of the gasification chamber (10) into a slag cooling chamber, wherein said process comprises causing the whirling stream to produce pressure difference such that the pressure decreases from the wall surface of the gasification chamber (10) toward the central part thereof, forming, by use of the pressure difference, a recycle system wherein a part of the combustible gas produced is introduced from the gasification chamber to the slag cooling chamber and returned again therefrom to the gasification chamber (10), and heating the slag tap (3) by means of the circulating combustible gas, and to a process therefor.

    摘要: A coal gasification composite power generating plant has a coal gasification plant (60) and a composite power generating plant (61). The coal gasification plant has a low-pressure steam generator for recovering heat from the furnace wall of a pressurized fluidized bed type coal gasification furnace (3), and a high-pressure steam generator (7, 47) disposed at the outlet of the gasification furnace and adapted to recover heat from the unrefined gas coming from the gasification furnace. The composite power generating plant includes a gas turbine (17) which uses the gas generated in the gasification plant as the fuel gas, a boiler (20) for recovering heat from the exhaust gas of the gas turbine, and high-pressure and low-pressure steam turbines (42, 43) which operate with the steam generated by the boiler. The high-pressure steam generated in the high-pressure steam generator is introduced to the high-pressure steam turbine, while the steam generated in the low-pressure steam generator is introduced into the low-pressure steam turbine, thereby to effectively recover the energy.
