摘要: A method for allocating a data storage space is provided. The method includes: detecting one allocation request of an operating system for a continuous storage space for a target program; extracting a feature of the allocation request; determining, based on the feature of the allocation request, a fault tolerance requirement corresponding to the allocation request; and allocating a storage space of a corresponding fault tolerance level to the allocation request based on the fault tolerance requirement corresponding to the allocation request. According to the method for allocating a data storage space provided in the present invention, a fault tolerance resource is dynamically allocated on demand, and unnecessary performance costs and cost overheads caused by fault tolerance are reduced.

摘要: This application discloses an information processing system, method, and device, and a storage medium, and belongs to the field of computer technologies. In technical solutions provided in embodiments of this application, a first node stores a private key and public object information, and a second node stores information obtained by encryption based on a public key of the first node. This ensures separation of storage permission and decryption permission. When feature information of an object is not sent out from a client, a plurality of nodes interact with each other based on an information mapping relationship. This may implement efficient information processing and effectively ensure information security.

摘要: The present invention discloses a terminal, so as to extend bandwidth of a terminal antenna. A metal back cover of the terminal has a slot. The slot divides the metal back cover into two parts. One of the two parts is used as an antenna radiator of the terminal. The antenna radiator has a signal feed point, a first ground point, and at least one second ground point, so that an antenna of the terminal has four resonance points. The signal feed point is connected to a matching network, the first ground point is grounded by using a switch device, and the second ground point is grounded. A distance between the signal feed point and the first ground point is less than a distance between the signal feed point and the second ground point, and none of the signal feed point, the first ground point, and the second ground point is located in a position, corresponding to an end of the slot, on the antenna radiator.

摘要: The present invention discloses an antenna apparatus and a wireless terminal. The antenna apparatus includes: includes: a feeding part, a grounding part, and a closed frame, where the closed frame encircles a main body of a wireless terminal; the feeding part and the grounding part are electrically connected to the closed frame; and the closed frame, the feeding part, and the grounding part form a first current loop and a second current loop, where resonance is generated between the first current loop and the second current loop. According to the antenna apparatus and the wireless terminal provided in embodiments of the present invention, there is no need to dispose a slit on a closed frame of a wireless communications terminal that uses a metal appearance, and a position of a feeding part of a radio frequency feeder is used, to mitigate impact, of a closed environment caused by not disposing a slit on the closed frame, on antenna radiation performance, thereby improving antenna performance and user experience.

摘要: A semiconductor device (200) is provided, including a substrate (210), and an active circuit (220) and a dummy circuit (230) that are mutually insulated. The dummy circuit (230) includes a lightly-doped P base (231) disposed in the substrate (210), a heavily-doped dummy source drain region (232) disposed in the P base (231), a dummy metal layer (235) disposed on a surface of the substrate (210), and a metal column (233) connecting the dummy source drain region (232) and the dummy metal layer (235). The heavily-doped dummy source drain region (232) and the lightly-doped P base (231) form non-directional low-impedance resistance, so that charges accumulated on a metal conductor rapidly transfer in a direction perpendicular to the substrate (210). This reduces damage caused by the charges to a circuit, and improves reliability and a yield rate of a chip.

摘要: The present invention provides a terminal antenna and a terminal. The terminal antenna includes a mainboard, a feedpoint disposed on the mainboard, a metal housing, an adjustable apparatus, and at least two adjustable ground points. The mainboard is located on an inner side of the metal housing, the metal housing is electrically connected to the mainboard, and a slot is disposed in the metal housing. The feedpoint and the at least two adjustable ground points each are disposed on a part of the mainboard facing the slot. The at least two adjustable ground points each are electrically connected to the mainboard by using the adjustable apparatus, and the adjustable apparatus is configured to control whether each adjustable ground point is grounded. In embodiments of the present invention, the adjustable apparatus controls whether each adjustable ground point is grounded, so that signals with a same frequency can be radiated from a first end and a second end of the slot of the terminal antenna. This avoids a prior-art problem of low efficiency of a terminal antenna caused because a low-frequency signal or a high-frequency signal radiated by the terminal antenna is rapidly attenuated when a slot in a metal housing is covered by a hand.
