    摘要: A magnetic material includes a substrate and a composite magnetic film formed on the substrate. The composite magnetic film comprises a plurality of columnar members formed on the substrate and having a longitudinal direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate, each of the columnar members containing a magnetic metal or a magnetic alloy selected from at least one of Fe, Co, and Ni, and an inorganic insulator formed between the columnar members and selected from an oxide, a nitride, and fluoride of metal. The composite magnetic film has a minimum anisotropy magnetic field Hk1 in a surface parallel to the substrate surface and a maximum anisotropy magnetic field Hk2 in a surface parallel to the substrate surface, a ratio Hk2/Hk1 is greater than 1.

    摘要: A permanent magnet of an arrangement includes a sintered compact, the sintered compact including: a composition expressed by R p Fe q M r Cu s Co 100-p-q-r-s , (R is at least one element selected from rare earth elements, M is at least one element selected from Zr, Ti, and Hf, 10.5≤p≤12.5 atomic%, 24≤q≤40 atomic%, 0.88≤r≤4.5 atomic%, and 3.5≤s≤10.7 atomic%); and a structure having crystal grains each composed of a main phase including a Th 2 Zn 17 crystal phase, and a crystal grain boundary of the crystal grains. An average crystal grain diameter of the crystal grains is 50 µm or more and 100 µm or less, and a ratio of the crystal grains having a crystal grain diameter of 50 µm or more is 75% or more.
