摘要: A device for carrying out the parallel incubation of solutions comprises a holding frame (1) inside of which one or more titer plates (2) can be placed. Each titer plate (2) is separately closed by a cover plate (4), which can be pressed thereon, resulting in the prevention of unwanted evaporation effects and transport phenomena. Seals (5) are placed between the cover plate (4) and the holding frame (1). Continuous recesses in the holding frame (1) are located underneath the titer plates (2) and are occluded by a common one-piece bottom plate (7) having punch-like protrusions (6). Devices for regulating temperature can be arranged both inside the cover plate (4), the holding frame (1) as well as inside the one-piece bottom plate (7). The holding frame (1) comprises channel-like recesses for accommodating liquid solvent.

摘要: A miniature closure coupling of micro-components for permitting the passage of liquid or gaseous volume flows is comprised of a coupling part (2) and of a connection part (1) that can be joined thereto. These parts each have a valve (5, 10) provided with a valve spring (7) and with a ball (6) that acts as a valve closing body. When the connection part (1) and coupling part (2) are joined, both balls (6) touch one another and are displaced counter to the respective spring pressure out of their closing positions whereby simultaneously opening both valves (5, 10). A stop pin (15) in each part limits the maximum displacement of the balls (6) that act as valve closing bodies. When the connection part (1) and coupling part (2) are joined, both valves (5, 10) are opened. The connection part (1) can be joined to the coupling part (2) in a secured manner.
