The second kneader varies the amount of the second resin to be added, according to the viscosity of the first resin kneaded by the first kneader. Other kneading apparatus has a second kneader for adding a second resin and a third resin into a first resin that has been kneaded by a first kneader and kneading the mixture. The second kneader varies the proportion of the to-be-added amount of the second resin with respect to the to-be-added amount of the third resin, according to the viscosity of the kneaded material extruded from the second kneader.

Provided is a thin film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin that can sufficiently increase the impact resistance of a coated resin molded body while suppressing the reduction in bending elastic modulus of the resin molded body. The thin film-shaped fiber-reinforced resin includes a plurality of reinforcing fibers that are arranged in a single direction alignment, and a matrix resin with which the reinforcing fibers are impregnated. The matrix resin includes a thermoplastic plastic and a thermoplastic elastomer. The content of the thermoplastic elastomer with respect to the total of the thermoplastic plastic mass and the thermoplastic elastomer mass is 5-40 mass%.

The present invention addressed the problem of providing a molded body which has a high performance of reducing energy caused by the application of a load, and which is obtained from a fiber-reinforced resin containing reinforcing fibers arranged while aligned in one direction. To solve the problem, the present invention relates to a molded body, including a reinforced layer formed by layering fiber-reinforced resin layers containing a plurality of reinforcing fibers arranged while aligned in one direction and a matrix resin impregnated with the reinforcing fibers. In the molded body, the reinforced layer has a plurality of alignment shifted layers, which are fiber-reinforced resin layers in which the shift angle, i.e., the angle formed by the reinforcing fibers with respect to the longitudinal direction of the reinforced layer, is 25° to 65° or -65° to -25°.

The present invention discloses a multilayer body which comprises: a core member that has a plurality of hollow structural units which have at least one shape that is selected from the group consisting of a columnar shape, a polygonal columnar shape, a conical shape, a polygonal pyramidal shape, and a combination of two or more of these shapes, wherein the maximum width of cross-sectional shapes of the hollow structural units is from 3 to 15 mm; an adhesive layer that is arranged on at least one of the front surface and the back surface of the core member; and a unidirectional fiber-reinforced resin sheet that is arranged in contact with the adhesive layer, while containing a thermoplastic resin. The present invention also discloses a method for producing this multilayer body. This multilayer body is light in weight, while having excellent bending properties such as bending modulus of elasticity.
