Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for tracing and authenticating containers being circulation and/or in transit. It consists in using a seal integrating a unique non-modifiable and non-reproducible authenticator to ensure and provide evidence that the container is closed. A representation of said authenticator of the seal is associated with the type, the origin and the quantity of goods introduced in the container and the entire set is stored in a mobile database accompanying the container when the latter is in circulation or in a stationary database when the latter is in transit. The database monitoring the containers is combined and associated with that of a digital tachograph with which the data are shared.
Abstract:
A method and device for carrying out the deposition of a viscous and/or pasty product on a substrate (1) through the apertures (3) of a stencil are provided. A hollow receptacle (7) for the product is provided with a lower aperture (19) which is orientated towards the stencil. The lower aperture (19) of the receptacle is delimited such that its length is adjusted to the dimensions of the substrate and that its width is a function of the speed of execution of the screen printing. This delimitation is implemented by sealing members (15, 16) preferably comprising two wipers (15) on respective sides of the aperture, transverse with respect to the direction of displacement of the receptacle, orientated one towards the other and inclined with respect to the horizontal between the wipers at an angle of between 120° and 180°, said wipers being transversal and intersecting with the section of the receptacle. A pressure is exerted upon the viscous product in the receptacle, which pushes it towards the stencil between the wipers to distribute it, and upon the wipers, applying pressure to these in order to push the wipers onto the stencil. The receptacle is displaced across the stencil at the same time as the pressure is being exerted on the product. The invention can be applied in the electronics industry for carrying out depositions of adhesive or soldering paste.
Abstract:
The present invention is a method of using a universal support consisting of one or more modules having a deformable enclosure (3) connected to a vacuum source (5) through an orifice. Said enclosure is of concave shape forming a chamber (6) provided with an elastic body (7). The method consists in the following series of steps: applying a vacuum to the chamber (6) so that the deformable enclosure (3) collapses; positioning the part which is to be supported; breaking the vacuum in the chamber (6); and applying a vacuum inside the deformable enclosure (3).
Abstract:
High security seal that can be reused an indefinite number of times because the authenticating part evolves in a chaotic manner each time the seal is opened and then put back into service. This seal is composed of at least two authenticators (1) and (2) at least one of which is movable with respect to the other into the open position. These two authenticators become fixed and stable in the closed position. In each new fixed position, the two authenticators cooperate to generate a new authenticating feature that is stored in a database in order to be compared during a check. This feature will be cancelled and replaced with another one when said seal is fraudulently or deliberately opened and thus will provide proof that it has been opened.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a method for identifying and authenticating without specific reader a three-dimensional identifier (1), (9), (10), (11) affixed to an object or to a living being using human sensory capacities in particular stereoscopic vision (A) and touch (A') enabling appreciation of the peculiarity of the identifier which renders the latter difficult or impossible to reproduce such as for example heterogeneous elements mixed in a transparent material or surface protuberances and/or cavities. The identification or reading proper is then carried out by visual comparison (B) of a two-dimensional image representing (2) the identifier (1), (9), (10), (11) stored in a database (4) accessible through the network (5) and the identifier himself.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and device for verification of non-violation of the integrity of a system or the identity of an object. An authentication seal is used, comprising a physical authenticator with bubbles (3) produced by a chaotic process on the production thereof, a characteristic of which is to be always unique and non-reproducible. A representation of said identifier with bubbles is stored in the form of an image and/or digitally in a database local or remote to the address (17), for authentication of the assignment of the identifier in situ or on the object for protection. Said authenticator is provided with a physical connection (16) which permits connection to the site or object for identification. Any attack on the integrity of the seal, whether on the authenticator and/or the connection, irreversibly alters the total seal such as to render the same unreusable. Said authentication seal comprises a means for prevention of violation of the integrity of a site or the identity of an object and provides proof of an effective violation.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and device for filling areas located in hollows (4) which do not open out onto the surface of a substrate (1) without a mask or silk screen. According to the invention, said method consists in associating the following objects according to the order of the direction of relative displacement of a head (12) of a filling product (2) in relation to the substrate (1) i.e. a spreading element (10) for the product to be filled (2) on the surface of the substrate (1); an element for displacing (3) the filling product (2) in the area to be filled (4); an element (7) for adjusting the thickness or raking off the excess filling product (2) such that the above-mentioned filling product (2) remains constantly in contact with the area to be filled (4) from the beginning of the filling operation until raking off of the excess product.
Abstract:
A filling device for and a method of filling balls in an array of apertures in a ball-receiving element, the filling device comprising: a housing including an opening at a lower surface thereof and defining in part a chamber for containing a supply of balls, the housing being in use movably disposed over a ball-receiving element including an array of apertures; and distribution means disposed within the housing for distributing balls contained in the chamber such as to maintain a limited number of layers of the balls over at least a region of the opening in the housing.
