Provided are a film formation composition for preventing the blackening of the surface of a steel sheet, comprising: 2.5-7.5 parts by weight of a water-soluble phenoxy resin; 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a fluorometal acid; 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of a metal compound; and 1-5 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent, wherein the steel sheet is a magnesium sheet comprising magnesium on the surface thereof or a steel sheet having a plated layer containing magnesium, a steel sheet comprising a film formed by the composition, and a method for forming the film.

Provided are a Zn-Mg alloy plated steel sheet and a method for manufacturing same. The Zn-Mg alloy plated steel sheet comprises a base steel sheet and a Zn-Mg plating layer formed on the base steel sheet, wherein the content of Mg in the Zn-Mg plating layer is 8 weight% or less (provided that 0 weight% is excluded), and the Zn-Mg plating layer is a compound phase of Zn and Mg2Zn11. According to the present invention, provided are a Zn-Mg alloy plated steel sheet and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the Zn-Mg alloy plated steel sheet has excellent corrosion resistance, high adhesion, and superior surface quality of metallic luster.

According to the present invention, a liquid-state supply scheme is adopted, and a supplied solid-state coating substance is contained inside a nozzle means and then heated such that a liquid-state coating substance is supplied to a heating unit; accordingly, smooth and stable generation of coating steam is made possible, preheating and supply of a solid-state coating substance is additionally implemented, and clogging of a supply tube is prevented, thereby ultimately improving the coating quality of a fast moving steel plate or the workability.

According to the present invention, it is possible to provide: a phosphate solution capable of preventing pitting generated when a steel sheet is treated with a phosphate and providing excellent corrosion resistance to a phosphate film; and a zinc- or zinc-based alloy-plated steel sheet using the same.
