Acording to the invention, the locking strip (22) also engages in the locking strip receptacle (23) in a locking strip intermediate position between the locking position and the release position, the locking strip (22) and/or the locking strip receptacle (23) being formed in such a way that, when the locking strip (22) is in the locking strip intermediate position, the leaf frame (3) can be displaced between a closed position and a ventilation position lying between said closed position and an open position, in which ventilation position at least one portion of the joint clearance region (18) is exposed, thus forming a gap for ventilation.
