摘要： A window, a door, or the like comprises a leaf (2), a fixed frame (3), and a fitting assembly (4) via which the leaf (2) is mounted to the fixed frame (3) in a manner allowing the leaf (2) to open towards an opening side (26) of the fixed frame (3). The fitting assembly (4) comprises a mount projection (18) and a counter surface (6) associated with said mount projection (18). The mount projection (18) engages vertically with the fixed frame (3) from a rebate face (8) of the fixed frame (3). Accordingly, a counter surface projection (19) of the counter surface (6) projects vertically into the fixed frame (3) from a fixed frame counter surface (22) lying opposite the rebate face (8) of the fixed frame (3). The counter surface projection (19) overlaps vertically with the mount projection (18) at least on the side facing away from the opening side (26) of the fixed frame (3). A counter surface base (5) of the counter surface (6) is provided with the counter surface projection (19) and is supported by the fixed frame (3) on the fixed frame counter surface (22) against a displacement away from the opening side (26) of the fixed frame (3). A fitting assembly is accordingly embodied.

Acording to the invention, the locking strip (22) also engages in the locking strip receptacle (23) in a locking strip intermediate position between the locking position and the release position, the locking strip (22) and/or the locking strip receptacle (23) being formed in such a way that, when the locking strip (22) is in the locking strip intermediate position, the leaf frame (3) can be displaced between a closed position and a ventilation position lying between said closed position and an open position, in which ventilation position at least one portion of the joint clearance region (18) is exposed, thus forming a gap for ventilation.
