摘要: The invention concerns a component in the form of an autoclave-hardened high density moulded body with a structure of grained steelworks slag, in particular of lime silicate steelworks slag such as Linz-Donawitz and/or electric furnace clinker, with a graduated grain size composition or distribution with a high packing density, preferably in the range of between 0 and 6 mm, in particular between 0 and 4 mm. The slag grains are firmly cemented to one another via silicate hydrates formed in a hydrothermal process. The invention further concerns a method of producing high-density components.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of processing lignite fly-ash, especially dry electro-filter ash, to provide building materials in which firstly a coarse fraction with a lower grain-size limit of over approx. 500 νm is mechanically separated, the remaining fraction with an upper grain-size limit of under approx. 500 νm as such or its finest fraction with particles with a grain-size of under approx. 100 νm which is mechanically separated from a fine fraction essentially containing fine quartz sand is used to make brickyard products while the fine fraction is used in production of building materials requiring quartz sand, whereby at least the major portion of the coal, coke and wood particles is mechanically removed from the fractions thus used.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of processing plastic waste in which the plastic waste in a container is autoclaved as a coherent, porous bundle with a high water absorption capacity in an atmosphere of water vapour at about 150 to 220 °C, preferably 165 to 190 °C, and thus melted, the molten plastic bodies formed at the end of the autoclaving process are at least partly dried by re-evaporating the water contained in them and cooled.
