摘要: The invention concerns a laminated glass with at least an embrittled zone, designed to close a vehicle opening, consisting of at least one glass pane and of at least another glass pane and an intermediate layer assembling the individual glass panes together. The laminated glass is characterized in that the glass pane is provided with one or several embrittled zones such that, upon impact of an object against the laminated glass, the glass pane breaks at that point but the vehicle opening remains closed by at least the deformed intermediate layer of the laminated glass.

d) Abnehmen der Glasscheiben von der Tragplatte und Auflegen der Glasscheiben auf einen Vorspannrahmen,
e) Ausfahren des Vorspannrahmens mit Glasscheiben aus dem Durchlaufofen und
f) Abkühlen der Glasscheiben.-

摘要: Laminated vehicle glass for closing off the interior of a vehicle from exterior surroundings, at least comprising: an inner pane (1) of glass with a thickness of less than or equal to 0.4 mm, an outer pane (2) of glass with a thickness of greater than or equal to 1.5 mm and an acoustically damping intermediate layer (3), which connects the inner pane (1) to the outer pane (2), wherein the acoustically damping intermediate layer (3) comprises at least two outer polymeric layers (3.1) and an inner polymeric layer (3.2) lying between these outer layers and the outer polymeric layers (3.1) have a lower elasticity or plasticity than the inner polymeric layer (3.2), the inner polymeric layer (3.2) has a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.40 mm, the outer polymeric layers (3.1) have a thickness of 0.20 mm to 0.6 mm and the total thickness of the acoustically damping intermediate layer (3) is at least 0.70 mm.
