    摘要: [PROBLEMS] To provide a heat shrink film that when used as a label of beverage container, enhances the smoothness of external surface side to thereby prevent merchandise jamming in an automatic vending machine of beverage and that is fully satisfactory in solvent bonding capability and excels in processability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a heat shrink polyester film characterized in that (A) at least one major surface thereof is overlaid with 0.002 to 0.5 g/m2, in terms of solid content coating amount, of a silicone containing easily sliding layer, (B) the easily sliding layer having an inter-easily sliding layer frictional coefficient μd ≤ 0.27, and that (C) the heat shrink polyester film exhibits a heat shrinkage factor, as measured in the direction of maximum shrinkage after immersion in 95˚C water for 10 sec, of 50% or greater. Thus, there is provided the heat shrink film that when used as a label of beverage container, enhances the smoothness of external surface side to thereby prevent merchandise jamming in an automatic vending machine of beverage and that is fully satisfactory in solvent bonding capability and excels in processability.

    摘要: Provided is a heat-shrinkable polyester film satisfying: (A) a heat shrinkage percentage of 10% to 50% in a maximum shrinkage direction in a hot water at 70°C, (B) a heat shrinkage percentage of not less than 75% in a maximum shrinkage direction, and not more than 10% in an orthogonal to the maximum shrinkage direction in a hot water at 85°C, (C)a heat shrinkage percentage difference ”X(%) = X 0 - X 10 of a sample is 10% to 20%, wherein, X 0 and X 10 are defined as follows, X 0 (%) : a heat shrinkage percentage in a maximum shrinkage direction in a hot water at 95°C; and X 10 (%): a heat shrinkage percentage in a maximum shrinkage direction of a film having experienced heat shrink by 10% in a maximum shrinkage direction; (D) a three-dimensional surface roughness ”a gives 0. 008 to 0.04; and (E) a three-dimensional surface roughness SRz gives 0.6 to 1.5 micrometers. Even in use for full label usage, the heat-shrinkable polyester film has excellent quality after shrink-finishing, reinforcement function of containers after wrapped by shrinking, and blocking resistance, and furthermore exhibits excellent film-formation property, and processability as well. In addition, the present invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester film having ultraviolet absorptivity, and a heat-shrinkable polyester film roll exhibiting uniform heat shrinkage properties over whole of a long film.
