The present invention relates to a biaxially oriented polyolefin multilayer heat shrinkable film, which is a multilayer heat shrinkable film with at least three laminated layers, and has internal and external surface layers of a resin composition comprising 70-80wt% of an ethylene-norbornene copolymer having a glass-transition temperature (Tg) of 138°C and a norbornene content of 76wt%, and 20-30wt% of an ethylene-propylene random copolymer having a melting point (Tm) of 140°C; and a core layer comprising 54wt% of an ethylene-propylene random copolymer having Tm of 140°C, 8wt% of an ethylene-butylene random copolymer having Tm of 66°C, 20wt% of an ethylene-norbornene copolymer having Tg of 78°C and norbornene content of 65wt%, and 18wt% of a hydrogenated petroleum resin having softening point (Ts) of 140°C. The present invention provides a polyolefin heat shrinkable film and a method for preparing the same, the film has good temperature resistance, high transversal heat shrinkage rate, solves the problem that labels among bottles are easy to adhere between each other during hot filling drink or the problem about adhesion between labels and PE heat-shrinkable film in bundle-shrink pack of a group of bottles using the PE heat-shrinkable film, and is suitably used as label substrate material for contoured bottles.

The present invention aims to provide a light-diffusing heat shrinkable tube which has light diffusibility that enables LED point light sources to give an impression of a surface light source such as a conventional fluorescent lamp. The tube is also capable of suppressing scattering of broken fragments of a transparent pipe that includes the light sources, in the case of an unexpected accident including falling of the pipe. The present invention also aims to provide a linear LED light including the light-diffusing heat shrinkable tube. The light-diffusing heat shrinkable tube including a polyester resin and a light diffusing agent, the polyester resin having an inherent viscosity of 0.8 to 1.4 dl/g, the tube comprising 0.1 to 2.5 wt% of the light diffusing agent, the tube having a thickness of 60 to 300 µm.

[PROBLEMS] Disclosed is a heat shrinkable film having excellent heat resistance, content resistance, impact resistance, low/high temperature cycle resistance, and abrasion resistance. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Specifically disclosed is a heat shrinkable film comprising an intermediate layer (1), a front surface layer (2) and a back surface layer (3) so arranged as to sandwich the intermediate layer (1), and an overcoat layer (4) arranged on top of the front surface layer (2). The intermediate layer (1) contains first cyclic olefin resin and a random copolymer of ethylene and another ±-olefin or a random copolymer of propylene and another ±-olefin. The front surface layer (2) and the back surface layer (3) respectively contain second cyclic olefin resin and linear low-density polyethylene resin. Such a multilayer heat shrinkable film is formed into a tubular shape in such a manner that the overcoat layer (4) is on the outside. A secondary battery is fitted into the thus-formed tube of the multilayer heat shrinkable film and the tube is heat shrunk, so that there is obtained a wrapped battery.
