    摘要: A battery module joined to a joint body includes battery cells and heat transfer plates each provided between adjacent battery cells. Each heat transfer plate has a sandwiched portion provided between adjacent battery cells and a joined portion that is joined to the joint body and has a facing surface facing the joint body. A first heat conductive layer that contacts a battery cell and has a first thickness is provided on the sandwiched portion of each heat transfer plate. A second heat conductive layer is provided on the facing surface of each heat transfer plate other than the heat transfer plate that is the closest to the joint body when the joined portion is joined to the joint body. The second heat conductive layer is configured to contact the joint body. The second heat conductive layer on the heat transfer plate that is the farthest from the joint body when the joined portion is joined to the joint body has a second thickness, which is greater than the first thickness.

    摘要: A battery module comprises a plurality of rechargeable batteries and a battery cover, wherein: the rechargeable batteries are disposed adjacent to each other; each of the rechargeable batteries has a battery case having a wall portion equipped with an open valve that is constructed so as to open when the inner pressure of the battery case rises up to a threshold value; and the battery cover faces the wall portion. The battery cover has a plurality of cover members provided side by side in a direction toward which the rechargeable batteries are disposed adjacent to each other. The cover members include at least adjacent first and second cover members. The first cover member has a first edge portion and the second cover member has a second edge portion overlapped with the first edge portion.

    摘要: The object of the present invention is to propose a compressor in which the rotation of a piston is prevented without introducing a big unbalanced load on the piston.
    The compressor comprises a housing (11) having a cylinder bore (12a) therein, a drive shaft (16), a swash plate 18) as a cam plate and a piston including a head (22) and a neck (23). The housing and the piston (20) are made of metal such as aluminium or an aluminium alloy. A rotation preventing member (24) formed separately from the piston is mounted on the neck (23) of the piston. The rotation preventing member is composed of a pair of side arms (24A), an abutting back (24B) and a pair of caulking clips (24C) for mounting on the neck. They are made of metallic material such as iron and formed in one body. The side arm prevents the piston from rotating, cooperating with the contacting surface (24a) formed on the inner wall of the housing.

    摘要: A swash plate compressor wherein a swash plate (3 or 18) and a piston (6 or 17) cooperating therewith are formed by using an aluminum alloy as a base metal, interference surface (6d or 17d) of the piston (6 or 17) for preventing the piston (6 or 17) from being rotated on its own axis by making the interference surfaces interfere with one other member being provided with a firmly-fixed film coating of a solid lubricant, sliding contact surfaces (6a or 17a) of the piston (6 or 17) which contact a cylinder bore (5 or 16) having a lubricating film coating fixed thereto so as to prevent seizure. In a structure in which an outer circumferential surface (3b) of a swash plate (3) abuts on the rotation preventing inteference surfaces (6d) of the piston (6), the lubricating film coating is also formed fixedly on the same outer circumferential surface (3b).
