    摘要: The invention relates to a method of generating a synthesized image representing a view of a scene from a first input image representing the view and a second input image representing the view, the synthesized image comprising synthesized image positions, by assigning a synthesized image data value to a synthesized image position. The method comprises determining whether input images have at the synthesized image position data values associated with them. If either one has a data value associated, that data value is assigned to the synthesized image position. If both, an average of both values is assigned. The average is a weighed average, with weighing factors being a function of a distance or distances to a closest image position with no image data value or valid image data value assigned.

    摘要: The embodiments of the present invention relates to a method and a processor for representing a 3D scene. In the method, one 3D component of the 3D scene to be represented, captured at least three different views (v1, v2, v3) is projecting to a predefined view (vF). A value associated with each projected view regarding the 3D component is then determined and consistency among the projected views regarding the 3D component is detected. Moreover, a consistency value regarding the 3D component is determined based on the determined values associated with the respective projected view, and the determined values are replaced by the determined consistency value on at least one of the three projected 3D components.

    摘要: A technique for protecting media content that is to be accessible via multiple media tracks of a media file is provided. A method implementation of this technique comprises the step of providing a set of one or more first layer data items that are to be accessible via a first media track, with each first layer data item being decodable to be rendered as a portion of the media content. Moreover, a set of one or more second layer data items is provided that are to be accessible via at least one second media track, with each second layer data item being decodable to be rendered in combination with at least one decoded first layer data item as an enhanced portion of the media content. With each second layer data item a track reference index is associated that allows to identify the first media track via which the first layer data items are accessible.
