摘要: An assembly system includes: a robot (100) adapted to grip an electronic device (1) to be mounted on a circuit board (2); a first vision system (10) configured to identify a position and a posture of the electronic device gripped by the robot; a fixing device (310) adapted to fix a plurality of circuit boards thereon; and a second vision system (20) configured to identify a position and a posture of the circuit board fixed on the fixing device, the robot is adapted to mount the gripped electronic device on the circuit board under the visual guidance of the first vision system and the second vision system, a view field of the second vision system is not capable of completely covering a surface region of all circuit boards fixed on the fixing device; the assembly system further comprises a moving mechanism adapted to move the second vision system in a first horizontal direction (X) and a second horizontal direction (Y) perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, so that the second vision system completes identification of all circuit boards on the fixing device step by step. Thereby, the robot may complete the assembly work of all circuit boards at an assembly station at a time.

摘要: An assembly system includes: a fixing device (110) configured to fix a housing (10); and a pressing mechanism (200) adapted assemble a contact (20) into the housing (10). The pressing mechanism includes: a fixing block (210) formed with a contact guiding slot (211) adapted to receive the contact therein; and a movable block (220) movably mounted on the fixing block and adapted to press the contact downward. The movable block is moved downward to press the contact received in the contact guiding slot into a contact installation slot of the housing in a condition where the contact guiding slot of the fixing block is aligned to the contact installation slot of the housing. The assembly system may automatically complete the task of assembling the contact into the housing.

摘要: A feeding system includes a hopper (100) adapted to accommodate a plurality of different types of products (10); a conveyor belt (400) located above the hopper (100) and configured to convey the products (10); and a lifting mechanism (200) adapted to lift the products (10) in the hopper (100) onto the conveyor belt (400). The lifting mechanism (200) includes: a transferring belt (210) circulating around an annular path; and a plurality of step plates (220) evenly spaced along the annular path of the transferring belt (210). The step plates (220) are adapted to carry one or more of the products (10), and the transferring belt (210) is configured to drive the step plates (220) to circulate around the annular path so as to lift the products (10) from the hopper (100) onto the conveyor belt (400).

When the alignment tolerance between a first lead (11) and a second lead (12) detected by the vision system is larger than a predetermined tolerance value, the first robot moves at least one of the first lead and the second lead by a first tool (110) to reduce the alignment tolerance; when the alignment tolerance between the first lead and the second lead detected by the vision system is within the predetermined tolerance value, the first robot presses or holds the first lead and the second lead by a second tool (120); and when the alignment tolerance between the first lead and the second lead is within the predetermined tolerance value and the first lead and the second lead have been pressed or held by the second tool, the second robot moves a laser solder head (220) to a predetermined position under guidance of the vision system, and solders the first lead and the second lead together by the laser solder head. The soldering system may automatically complete operation of soldering the first lead and the second lead together.

The assembly system may automatically complete the task of assembling the first lead and the second lead into the housing, improving the efficiency of inserting the leads into the housing, and increasing the quality of the assembly product.
