摘要: The invention relates to a mobile vehicle comprising a shiftable transmission having fixed transmission stages and a controllable friction clutch. Said vehicle also comprises a displacement sensor which is connected to an inch pedal and supplies the initial position and the end position of the inch pedal to an electronic control system for adjustment and association with an inch effect of 0 % to 100 %. The electronic adjustment process of the course of the inch pedal using the inch effect and the operating brake enables the crossover point between the operating brake and the actuating force of the clutch to be adjusted. The present invention increases the driving comfort of the vehicle and reduces the danger of damage to the multiplate clutch.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for determining a friction value (ν) of a hydraulically actuated clutch (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) in a powershift transmission (1). According to the invention, a drive shaft (14) of the transmission (1) is driven with a particular torque (T); in a calibrating run, an output shaft (15) of the transmission (1) is blocked while the clutch (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) is closed; the actuation pressure (p) of the clutch (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) is reduced according to a predetermined time characteristic; the differential speed (Δn) between the input (17, 18, 19) and the output (20) of the clutch (4, 5, 6) or brake (7, 8, 9) is determined; the actuation pressure (p) at which the differential speed (Δn) is greater than zero is determined; and a breaking friction value (νbreak) is calculated from the torque (T), the actuation pressure (p) and a construction-related coupling constant. The determination of the friction value ν enables shifting to take place with a constant shifting quality throughout the lifetime of the transmission (1).
