摘要: A sacrocolpopexy support (20) has a head section (30) extending from a first end portion (32) to a second end portion (36), and a leg section (40) having a first leg portion (44) placed on and in longitudinal alignment with a second leg portion (54). A first connector (70) secures the leg section to the second end portion of the head section. A second connector (80) secures the first leg portion to the second leg portion to form a closed joint that defines a space between the first leg portion and the second leg portion. An end of the second end portion of the head section terminates at a location exterior to the closed joint outside of the space between the first leg portion and the second leg portion.

摘要: A stent (1100, 1110) and a drug delivery device (1000, 1001) are disclosed. The stent (1100, 1110) includes a tubular body (300, 350) provided at its one end with a connecting structure (400, 420, 450, 460, 1111) for connection with a recovery mechanism (650). A drug is applied on the surface of the tubular body (300, 350). The drug delivery device (1000, 1001) includes such a stent (1100, 1110) and a recovery mechanism (650). The recovery mechanism (650) includes a sheath (610, 1220, 1221) and a recovery wire (800, 850, 860, 1210, 1230) that passes through the sheath (610, 1220, 1221) and has one end connected to the connecting structure (400, 420, 450, 460, 1111) of the stent (1100, 1110). The sheath (610, 1220, 1221) is adapted to receive the stent (1100, 1110) when it is in a contracted configuration. The stent (1100, 1110) is capable of fast drug release and recoverable.

摘要: An intravascular device for treating a cerebral aneurysm, the device comprising an externally controllable expandable member, the expandable member comprising a plurality of wires that define walls of the expandable member; wherein in a relaxed state of the expandable member the walls comprise at least a first wall portion in which openings defined between the wires are small enough to prevent coils positioned within the aneurysm from exiting the aneurysm, the first wall portion comprising an axial length at least as long as a neck of the aneurysm; and at least a second wall portion in which openings defined between the wires are large enough to allow blood flow through; the second wall portion axially aligned relative to the first wall portion. In some embodiments, openings of the first wall portion are small enough to reduce radial blood flow to and/or from the aneurysm.

摘要: The present application discloses a surgical apparatus for aneurysms comprising: a stent, a delivery guide wire, an introducer sheath and a microcatheter, wherein: the stent is a self-expanding stent; the delivery guide wire outside of which the stent is restrained to is provided in a lumen of the introducer sheath; the introducer sheather is connected with the microcatheter, with lumens communicating, to form a passageway through which the delivery guide wire and the stent are delivered into a human body. The surgical apparatus for aneurysms provided in the examples of the present application is able to deliver and release the stent which has high density and is super soft to a vascular lesion. A lattice structure of the stent is of high coverage at the vascular lesion such that the stent released into the vessel produces the same effects as healing of parent vessel, and thus improves the treatment of vascular aneurysms.
