    摘要: The container body includes a tube portion defining a cavity for holding a liquid having therein, a wide opening disposed at one end and a narrow opening disposed at an opposite end. The plunger removably and sealingly fits inside the cavity and slidably move there along when the container is in a syringe mode, and seals the tube portion when the container is in a storage mode. The attachable nipple sealingly attaches to the wide opening for releasing a liquid held in the container body when sucked on when the container is in a feed-bottle mode in which the plunger is removed, and for pressurizing fluids when the container is in a feed-tube mode, and is removed when the container is in a syringe or storage mode. The attachable cap seals the narrow opening of the container when in storage or in feed-bottle mode. The feeding tube sealingly attaches to the narrow opening for releasing a liquid held in the container body when the container is in a feed-tube mode.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a stomach tube for preventing aspiration, comprising: a control circuit, an air pump, a PH sensor and a stomach tube provided with an air sack, wherein the air pump is in communication with the air sack, the PH sensor is arranged on an inner wall of the stomach tube at a distance of 40cm away from a foretooth, and the control circuit is connected to the air pump and the PH sensor, respectively. The stomach tube of the present invention uses the PH sensor and the pressure sensor to monitor the PH value of the esophagus and the pressure of the air sack in real time, so as to accurately detect the occurrence of stomach esophagus regurgitation each time in advance, thereby avoiding the possibility of aspiration caused by regurgitation and the recessive pneumonia caused thereby; meanwhile, the present invention adopts a real-time control manner to automatically start the expansion of the air sack, thereby avoiding the damage to the esophageal mucosa caused by the long-time compression of the air sack on the esophagus, and reducing the substernal discomfort of a user. As a stomach tube for preventing aspiration, the present invention can be widely applied to the field of medical instruments.

A conduit assembly includes tubing placeable in fluid communication with the container and adapted for mounting on the enteral feeding pump. The tubing provides a fluid pathway for delivering the nutritional liquid from the container to a patient when the tubing is mounted on the enteral feeding pump. An identification member is mounted on the conduit assembly and has at least one characteristic of a nutritional liquid associated with the feeding set represented by the identification member. The identification member is positioned on the conduit assembly so as to permit automatic identification by the enteral feeding pump of the at least one characteristic of the nutritional liquid upon mounting the conduit assembly on the enteral feeding pump.

    摘要: A syringe includes a barrel, a plunger, and a sealing member creating a seal between the plunger and the barrel. The barrel includes a first portion with a first inner diameter and a second portion with a second inner diameter that is larger than the first inner diameter. The sealing member engages the first portion of the barrel to give rise to a first contact pressure when the barrel is filled with product. The first contact pressure is sufficient to maintain a gas-tight seal over the expected temperature ranges -25 DEG C to 40 DEG C. A first force is applied to the plunger to overcome the first contact pressure and move the plunger out of the first portion and into the second portion to dispense product. The sealing member engages the second portion of the barrel to give rise to a second contact pressure that is lower than the first contact pressure. A second force lower than the first force is sufficient to overcome the second contact pressure and move the plunger in the second portion to continue dispensing product. The syringe may include a restraining element for accommodating expansion of the product during freezing.

    摘要: The catheter (1) has a proximal port with an opening (3) of a feeding lumen (2).
