The present invention discloses a stomach tube for preventing aspiration, comprising: a control circuit, an air pump, a PH sensor and a stomach tube provided with an air sack, wherein the air pump is in communication with the air sack, the PH sensor is arranged on an inner wall of the stomach tube at a distance of 40cm away from a foretooth, and the control circuit is connected to the air pump and the PH sensor, respectively. The stomach tube of the present invention uses the PH sensor and the pressure sensor to monitor the PH value of the esophagus and the pressure of the air sack in real time, so as to accurately detect the occurrence of stomach esophagus regurgitation each time in advance, thereby avoiding the possibility of aspiration caused by regurgitation and the recessive pneumonia caused thereby; meanwhile, the present invention adopts a real-time control manner to automatically start the expansion of the air sack, thereby avoiding the damage to the esophageal mucosa caused by the long-time compression of the air sack on the esophagus, and reducing the substernal discomfort of a user. An identification member is mounted on the conduit assembly and has at least one characteristic of a nutritional liquid associated with the feeding set represented by the identification member. The identification member is positioned on the conduit assembly so as to permit automatic identification by the enteral feeding pump of the at least one characteristic of the nutritional liquid upon mounting the conduit assembly on the enteral feeding pump.

The first contact pressure is sufficient to maintain a gas-tight seal over the expected temperature ranges -25 DEG C to 40 DEG C. A first force is applied to the plunger to overcome the first contact pressure and move the plunger out of the first portion and into the second portion to dispense product. The sealing member engages the second portion of the barrel to give rise to a second contact pressure that is lower than the first contact pressure. A second force lower than the first force is sufficient to overcome the second contact pressure and move the plunger in the second portion to continue dispensing product. The syringe may include a restraining element for accommodating expansion of the product during freezing.

The only aspirate permanently discarded is that volume of inflow to the feeding site that momentarily exceeded peristaltic outflow. Feeding is also continuous, which allows for a smaller and more comfortable feeding tube. This frequent aspiration and feeding serves to provide the maximum safe nutrition, while preventing overfeeding and its associated risks of intestinal distention.
